About the home

Beautifully presented holiday apartment with light and spacious interior, fully equipped, sleeping up to 6 with two double bedrooms (1 ensuite) and double sofabed in lounge. Located in prestigious area within 'Colinas do Golfe', a 5 minute drive to Falesia beach and Marina. Just a few minutes' walk to the Millenium / Laguna clubhouse for golf, drinks or dining until 8pm. Beautiful landscaped gardens, shared pool and children's splash pool, which is never overcrowded. Small and friendly complex of only 35 apartments with 'meet and greet' service, transfers available from the airport and on-site management throughout your stay.

Both the bedrooms, the living room and kitchen all have outdoor access through patio doors to terraces overlooking either the gardens or towards the pool.

Very child friendly and safe (the gardens have only one gated access point) travel cot and children's DVD's are provided.

Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with small utility room for washing machine, iron, ironing board, beach towels and cushions for outdoor furniture. Large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, granite work surfaces, gas hob with electric oven. CD player.

Spacious living room and dining area with comfy sofas including double sofa bed.
Flat screen 32" LED TV with UK Satellite channels and DVD player. Selection of books and DVD's provided.

Bedroom 1 with double bed and en suite shower room, doors leading to outside.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds, travel cot. Doors leading to outside.
Roller blinds for perfect 'blackout' conditions for sleeping (great for children).

Family bathroom with bath, shower over and bidet.

All linen, towels and beach towels are provided. Linen changed weekly with one maid service per 2 week stay.
Additional maid services can be provided at a small extra cost.

Further details outdoors:
Fully enclosed gardens with 15m pool and children's splash pool. Large paved sunbathing area and wooden sun shades on lawned area adjacent to pool. 6 sun loungers and cushions provided for guests' private use.
The south-west facing terrace overlooking the gardens has a BBQ, large table and seating for 6, making it perfect for 'al fresco' dining and end of day cool down as it catches the afternoon / evening sun and is partly shady.

The south-east facing terrace looking towards the pool is accessed from the living room and bedroom 2 and catches the morning sun. This patio has a table and 4 chairs, for lovely sunny and relaxed start to the day.
Remote controlled secure underground parking and storage for golf clubs/suitcases.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve has it all for a perfect holiday: endless sunshine with spectacular long golden sandy beaches, picturesque scenery and over 30 world class golf courses. Further west you will find rugged coves and cliff tops leading towards Cape St. Vincent, whilst in the east the long sand dunes stretch for miles. The area is steeped in ancient Moorish history and the walled towns of Lagos, Silves and Tavira are worth a visit. Ancient Seville is a two hour drive if you fancy a trip across the border into Spain.

Inland from the Algarve you can explore mountain villages such as Monchique (famous for its chicken piri piri) and the Ria Formosa nature reserve near Faro is a haven for wildlife enthusiasts.

There are 3 large water parks to choose from and a dolphin/marine life centre which is a great family day out.
The climate is usually fresh with a gentle Atlantic breeze, so much less humid than some Mediterranean destinations.

The fresh grilled seafood offered as part of the traditional local cuisine allows for a range of dining options from budget to a la carte.

The Vilamoura / Millenium Golf area

Vilamoura has a stylish and cosmopolitan feel, with its vibrant Marina housing yachts that most of us can only dream about! There is a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes along the waters' edge as well as designer boutiques, gift shops and even a casino.

There are two blue flag beaches, Marina and Falésia. Both have gently sloping golden sands (safe bathing for children) and the stunning Falesia beach stretches for 3 miles towards Albufeira. There is ample parking, beach cafes, sunbeds and sunshades.

Excellent sports facilities including tennis, water-sports, scuba diving, cycling and horse riding, as well as the 5 Championship golf courses on the doorstep. The Portugal Masters is hosted at the Victoria course every October (a 10 minute stroll from the apartment).

“Very nice apartment, Fantastic Location” I had a wonderful stay at the Brisa do Sul apartment. I Stayed there for 7 nights and the apartment looked exactly as the website projected. Easy booking system and very friendly people to deal with. The apartment was very clean, Cosy and Nice! It had all the facilites that i needed. Fantastic for Families too. It also had a fantastic location & the people are very friendly. Vilamoura Marina & Beach are beautiful, full of lovely restaurants & shops. Thank's to Karen & Ivan for a lovely stay.

“Relaxing and fun holiday” This is the second time that I have stayed at this apartment with my two children ( under 7). The kids loved the two pools and gained alot of water confidence. The apartment is well located - and has everything that you need on hand. Would highly recommend it for a relaxing place to recharge the batteries!

“Perfect break” We stayed beginning of November a couple of years ago. Ivan and Karen provided good instructions as to how to find the apartment together with good ideas and recommendations of places to visit. The apartment has everything you need, well equipped and very clean. It's nice and quiet for a relaxed break but not too far to Vilamoura marina where there is a good choice of restaurants. Overall we would definitely recommend for couples or young families.

“Easter at Brisa do Sul” We took a break at Easter with our young family and had a great time. There is plenty of room around the pool and the garden is walled so you know they cant stray to far. The appartment is will equipped clean and comfortable. Ivan and Karen gave us plenty of ideas for some family days out in the region which were great fun (Try Zoomarine). It is nice and quiet at night which is ideal when getting young ones off to sleep. Villamora centre is a short distance away and offers a great variety of restaurants and is perfect for an evening stroll around the Marina.

“Lovely appartment lovely holiday would well recomend” We have seen this property from a previous holiday. We have friends who have a property near by so this was ideal for us all to meet up. The property was very clean and large as there was 6 of us. We had a beltin holiday.

Booking Arrangements:

30% non-refundable deposit at time of booking; the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure, with a refundable security bond of £200. This is refunded within a week of your arrival back home.

We can arrange Airport transfers on request for up to 4 people and luggage. This costs 30 Euro each way (or 35 Euro including a supermarket stop) and is payable locally.

There is also a shuttle bus service (Shuttledirect, ResortHoppa) running from the airport to Vilamoura costing approx 14 Euro pp.

Changeover day - flexible. Check in from 16.00h, Check out by 10.00 am.
