This is a new and modern apartment, 1st floor with private roof terrace. Equipped kitchen, with electric appliances, TV with satellite channels. Balcony and terrace with table and chairs to have yours "all fresco" meals, enjoying the view. Bathroom with bath and shower facilities. Bedroom with 2 twins bed, wall fitted wardrobe.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Algarve is the place in Europe with more sunny hours through the year. Warm weather from April to October, make it a ideal place for beach holidays. Great for water sports or just having fun with children in the sandy beaches.

Daily tours, play golf, bowling, tennis or relax in a luxury SPA. Night entertainment, Casino, bars with live music, discotheque, or enjoy a meal in a good restaurant, are some thinks that you don´t want to miss. In the summer there is the Festivals through all the towns.

The Vilamoura / Vilamoura Old Village area

The magnificent "Old Village" complex has all the facilities and services you may need. There are 3 restaurants, 4 snack-bars, a supermarket with fresh bread every day, 3 swimming pools, a children's playground. From reception you can arrange for a car hire, a bike, a tour or an entrance ticket for one of the water parks, or the great Zoo Marine park.

The marina area is a walking distance (15-20 min.) from the Old Village. there are the shops, restaurants, banks, a Casino with Disco, bars with live music, medical centre and a Catholic Church. The beach is 25 min. walking distance but a taxi takes only 5 minutes. A touristic train runs around the Vilamoura area and is a great way to get around.

Quarteira is the nearest town, with daily fresh fish and a local fruit and vegetable market, a main market takes place on Wednesdays. A Golf course is surrounding the Old Village although there are five courses to choose from in Vilamoura alone.
