A lovely modern two bedroom, air-conditioned apartment situated on the second floor (with lift access) in the exclusive Victoria Boulevard complex. The complex has private landscape gardens, two swimming pools and children play area. Furnished and fitted to the highest standard, this apartment offers true comfort and style. A peaceful location just short drive from Vilamoura marina, with a large range of restaurants, shops and beautiful beaches. There are five superb golf course all with a 5 minute drive of the apartment. Ideal for golfers and families alike.

Victoria Boulevard is situated in the idyllic location of Jardins Victoria and is surrounded by the spectacular Victoria Clube de Golfe, home of the Portuguese Masters.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The master bedroom has a double bed (which can separate into twin beds) with an en-suite bathroom. There is a balcony that opens off the bedroom with seating. The second bedroom has twin beds with an en-suite shower room and large walk in shower.

Kitchen:
Fully fitted with granite work tops, dishwasher, combi-microwave, fridge freezer, fan assisted oven & halogen hob. It is extremely well equipped with high quality cooking equipment.

Utility Room:
Equipped with a washing machine, ironing facilities and ample room for storage for golf clubs, beach equipment and buggies.

Living rooms:
A spacious and light lounge area has ample seating for guests. An LCD television with sky free view, DVD/CD and iPod player/charger. The inside dining area seats up to six people with patio doors leading onto a large balcony area overlooking the gardens with wicker furniture and dining for up to 4 guests. Ideal for private al fresco dinning.

The apartment is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens, two outdoor pools (one with a swim up bar) with sun loungers and a children’s play area.

There is secure underground car park with allocated space. A lift from the car park to the apartment door, provides easy access to the apartment.

Conditions

Bookings are confirmed with the payment of a 20% deposit. Balance payments are due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. A refundable £200 breakage deposit is also required.

Changeover day is Saturday or Sunday during the busy period. Flexible changeover subject to availability outside of this time period. Guests may gain access to property from 3.00 pm on arrival days and must vacate property by 11.00 am on departure days but depending on other bookings we are flexible on this also.

Vilamoura is also home to a number of superb golf courses and is a well-known world-class golf destination. Along the coast there are many more top courses to suit any standard of golfer, from the novice to professional.
