About the home

A beautiful 3 bed 3 bathroom detached Villa with private secure south west facing pool and huge garden with lots of sun, especialy in the afternoon/evening, garden toys, sandpit, BBQ, sun loungers and sun umberella. There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, air-con in the bedrooms and livingroom and all mod cons. It is in a quiet location about 5 minute walk from Vilamoura Hilton hotel with cafes and large kids play area. Also located near to the Pinhal Golf Course club house, and a 10 minute walk to the Old Village which has many bars and resturants or you could catch the tourist train which goes to the beach and marina regularly .

The accommodation is very nice, with the villa being renovated only about 4 years ago.

Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite leading out to a large terrace. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and bathroom joining, both bedrooms on the first floor.
Bedroom 3 is ground floor with 2 single beds and bathroom joining. Master bedroom has en-suite, bedroom 2 and 3 have bathrooms next to them. All bathrooms have baths / showers, toilets, bidet, sinks and all have windows, the bathrooms have been renovated about 5 years ago.

The kitchen is very nice and renovated about 5 years ago it includes, dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, all cutlery, and lots of storage.

Further details outdoors:
The villa is detached and the back garden is very large, with a large patio with table/chairs by the pool which is fenced, so safety for children and large BBQ. The garden and pool are south west facing so lots of sun, but there is a very nice Pine tree with a swing giving shade if it gets too hot. In the garden there is a variety of children's toys and a sandpit as we have 2 children. At the side of the villa is a drive way, if you wanted to park off street, but there is ample parking outside as the road is very quiet. The villa is surrounded by garden.

Large garden with lots of toys for children. There is a sand pit, slides, balls, swings etc .

The Vilamoura / Rua do Panama area

Vilamoura is more of an area than a town in itself and has grown over the past couple of decades to more or less engulf Quarteira to the east. Located virtually in the middle of the Algarve coast, within 15Km of the main airport at Faro, Vilamoura's accessibility has helped it become one of Europe's largest beach resorts.

Vilamoura is outstanding in that it is one of the largest purpose-built tourist resorts in Europe, home to practically every form of sport, entertainment and amenity imaginable, and its southern coastline is a beautiful long sandy beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Amongst the many attractions and facilities there are 6 different Golf Courses, a large Marina, a Lawn Bowling Club, a Tennis Centre and a Sports Club. Combined with wide, well laid out roads, manicured gardens and public spaces, Vilamoura is without doubt a world class holiday destination.

The town is built around the upmarket, 1,200 berth Vilamoura Marina. Facilities are extensive and the Marina caters for the whole spectrum of boats from small speedboats through to 40+ meter yachts. The harbourside is the in-place for the yachting set and is home to a number of smart, chic bars, restaurants and hotels.

Within the centre of Vilamoura there is a preserved Roman Site and Museum of "Cerro da Vila" providing a glimpse into the past of this interesting area. In Roman times this location was important in producing a fish paste known as "garum". The ruins also include the baths in which the mariners used to bathe.

Vilamoura is also home to some of the most famous golf courses, the Victoria Course, Old Course, Pinhal Course, Millenium course, Laguna course and the Vila Sol course where players of all ability are welcome. You can also try scuba diving or sailing with the Algarve's fantastic views and sights providing the perfect backdrop.

As a resort specifically designed for tourism it has proved to be a very successful location for all ages due to the variety of its facilities that it provides holidaymakers.

Just 20 minute walk to the Marina and 25 to Vilamoura beach with miles of golden sand. Vilamoura is just off the EN125 road between Faro and Albufeira and is just a 20 minute drive from the airport. Faro airport is serviced by most budget airlines such as Monarch, BMI Baby, Easyjet, Jet2, Ryanair, Aerlingus etc. Vilamoura has good local bus and taxi services and the nearest railway station is just 10 minutes drive from Vilamoura.
