About the home

Villa Rosa is a lovely 3 bedroom detached single story villa with private roof terrace and swimming pool and located in a quiet and rural setting only 6 minutes drive from the centre of Vilamoura where you can find all the usual amenities of a luxury golf & beach resort. The villa itself has just been completely renovated to a high standard and now offers excellent accommodation for up to 6 people. It is fully air-conditioned and has various nice terraces to catch the sun all day long.

The Vilamoura area

Only 20 minutes drive from the Faro International Airport and 5 minutes drive from Vilamoura with its marina, yacht, shops, restaurants and bars make it the perfect spot for your holiday home or permanent residence.

Central Vilamoura offers 5 championship golf courses and a tennis center and features an area called "The Old Village" with a further selection of bars and restaurants centered around a square.

For the children, alongside the beautiful sandy beaches Vilamoura also offers a 18 hole pitch and putt fun course and only a 6 minute drive away is Aquashow which offers a large pool with wave machine, various flumes and water rides along with a fairground area with thrill rides and snackbars. The park has lots of green area for picnics to enjoy the day. Overall the whole family will enjoy this exclusive resort.
