This apartment which is situated in Praia Village, Vilamoura is very spacious and sleeps 4 - 6 people very comfortably. It is just 4 years old and 2010 is the first season for it to be rented so it is just as new. It is very comfortably furnished with all home comforts and the south facing balcony overlooks the gardens and swimming pool which has a children's section.
Although situated in a quiet residential area it is just 10 minutes walk to the Marina of Vilamoura and a 12/15 minute stroll to the blue flag Falesia beach. There are 5 championship golf courses within 5 minutes drive of the apartment. Facilities in the apartment include aircon, flatscreen tv with sky connection, CD music facility and books & games for adults & children.
The apartment has a lot to offer holidaymakers from families to couples to the retired. It is an ideal location for a relaxing holiday. Baby equipment is available for your holiday to include a buggy, travel cot, highchair, steriliser and baby monitors at no extra cost. There is also a safety guard available for the apartment balcony.

There are electric shutters on all windows and the patio doors.
The kitchen is very well equipped with Siemens units and is very spacious.
The en suite bathroom has a jacuzzi shower while the main bathroom comes with a jacuzzi bath.
The apartment has plenty of storage space and also a drying area off the kitchen.
All linen and towels are supplied for your holiday with the exception of beach towels.
The use of a buggy, travel cot, highchair, steriliser and baby monitors are available at no extra cost.
There is a very comprehensive folder in the apartment with guidelines on activities in the area, local services, maps, restaurant cards, all golf courses and taxi numbers.
All guests are met by our English meet and greet representative on arrival at the Apartment.

The balcony has a table & comfortable chairs for relaxing while overlooking the gardens & pool.
There is secure underground parking available with lift access to the apartment.
The very good sized swimming pool also has a children's section ideal for the toddlers.
Normal check-in time is 4pm and check out 10am but we endeavour to facilitate clients to the best of our ability regarding arrival and departure times especially those travelling with children.
please note that there is a €20 charge payable locally to our meet and greet representative for arrivals after 6pm.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on confirmation of booking and the remainder 8 weeks prior to your holiday date.
The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve is situated in the south of Portugal on the south west tip of Europe.
The climate of the Algarve is dominated by African weather and therefore offers a wonderful climate all year round.
The area has much to offer with many fine sandy beaches, watersports, sightseeing, fabulous golf courses, plenty to entertain the children and many historical places to visit.
The food and wine of the region are a pleasure to sample and there are a varied range of restaurants to visit.
The Vilamoura / Praia Village area
Vilamoura is a very popular tourist destination of the Algarve due to it's location on the marina of Vilamoura.
It has a fine selection of restaurants both along the marina where you can enjoy the view of the magnificent boats docked there and also in the surrounding streets behind the marina.
It is just 20 minutes drive from Faro airport and well worth a visit. Cruises along the Algarve coast along with many watersports are available on the marina.

The apartment is situated just 20 minutes drive from Faro airport on the N125. Daily flights operate to Faro airport from most UK, Irish and European airports.
Car hire is available at the airport and we can advise on this on booking.
We also offer a private taxi collection from the airport to Praia Village at a cost of approximately €32.
With flights from the UK and Ireland just over 2 hours and the short transfer time thereafter, travel time to your holiday destination is at a minimum.

The apartment offered plenty of space overlooking a communal pool. The designated sunbeds owned by the apartment meant that there was no need to rush down every day to get an available sunbed. Access to the pool was controlled by a number code and a lift gave easy access to the first floor apartment.A balcony allowed us to relax whilst out of the main heat of the day. Villamoura was a 10-15 mins walk away and had a good choice of restaurants for all budgets and tastes,especially the Portuguese restaurants. The evenings around the marina were busy, definitely a place to watch the world go by!
The meet and greet service for the apartment with Leonel was very useful.
This apartment and Villamoura itself all added up to a great holiday for our family of six.
