About the home

This stunning penthouse is located on a exclusive complex on the outskirts of vilamoura but is only minutes away from the heart of the town centre.The penthouse has easy access to all amenities and many excellent restaurants for eating out .The marina is the largest in the algarve holding over 1000 boats and is surrounded by shops and restaurants.

The penthouse overlooks Victoria golf course and laguna golf both championship courses and has a sea view. The apartment also has a fully fitted kitchen and air conditioning through out. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes a large double bed and stunning views off the balcony that it leads onto.The living room consists of two large sofas one being a sofa bed and a dining area within the living room has two balconies one each end of the room giving you excellent views and private sunbathing.The apartment also has cable tv and two very large private terraces for sun bathing and al fresco dining. One of the balconies overlooks the complex and pool area with its wooden decking and the mountains of Portugal.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The algarve has over 200 kms of golden sandy beaches some over 5 kms long most of the larger beaches have lifeguard patrols all summer.

The beach restaurants offer excellent food and cold drinks all year round and you can hire parasols and sun loungerson most for a small charge.

The algarve is also known for its weather giving over 300 days a year sunshine and having mild winters.
The cities of the algarve are amongst the oldest in Portugal dating back to 2000bc and still retain the influence of the Romans and the moors.

Then there is the nightlife all over the central algarve you can find live music and night clubs open until the early hours offering entertainment for all ages.

The Vilamoura / Victoria Gardens area

This stunning penthouse is located next to Victoria golf course on the outskirts of vilamoura on an exclusive complex with pools and gardens.

This penthouse has stunning views of the sea and to the rear the mountains of Portugal and is furnished to very high standards.

The centre of vilamoura is a 5 minute drive or taxi ride and a 15/20 minute walk through the protected wildlife parks along the coastal roads.

The beach in vilamoura is one of the most beautiful called falesia beach and has all the water sports on offer this beach is 5 kms long and is golden sand .

The vilamoura marina is the largest in portugal and holds over 1000 boats of all shapes and sizes.
The marina is surrounded by shops, bars and great restaurants of all tastes giving you a warm welcome and great food.

There are Roman ruins just off the marina which you can visit 7 days a week for only 2 euros entry.
Vilamoura also has over a dozen golf courses all championship level were we can arrange discounted rounds of golf.The portuguese masters golf championship is held on victoria golf every year and is open all year to the general public to play.
The location of vilamoura also lets you visit the water parks as they are only minutes away and in zoo marine you can swim with the dolphins or just use the water slides.

The Aqua show water park is only a 5 minute drive away and is great fun for all the family open 7 days a week in the summer up to October.

There are daily boat trips out of the marina for dolphin watching or just cruising along the coast sipping cold drinks and sun bathing as you go.

Albufeira is only a 10 minute drive away and has two parts one is the old town square with its quaint houses and restaurants and the famous fishermans beach.

Then there is the new part and the strip open 24 hours and 7 days a week with over 100 bars and restaurants in a quarter of a mile.

The village of pera holds a sand festival each year and artists from all over the world take part in designing sand sculptures ,the festival is open from June to October entry 7 euros .

The penthouse is excellent for the family holiday band has easy access to all amenities shops bars and cafes.
