This luxuriously equipped apartment is an ideal location for a romantic break, for a golf weekend or just for a relaxing holiday.

The apartment is fully equipped to a high standard and tastefully furnished, it has a large patio/balcony area and a view out over the shared pool

The property comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom with whirlpool bath and hand shower, double bedroom, living room with dining area and own private spacious balcony.
This apartment is situated in a residential area so you have no noisy bars or shops adjacent.

There is a maid service included - for 1 week a mid week change of towels; for longer stays , a clean and a change of linen & towels is supplied as well at the end of the 1st week , 2nd week etc

There is a large swimming pool shared just with the other residents with a lawn and patio area for sunbathing.

There is also lift access to the apartment.

Short distances away you will find Almancil Karting, Aquashow, Zoomarine, at Guia, you will also find the largest shopping centre in the Algarve, Krazy World and Aqualand. Roma mini golf park is in the centre of Vilamoura with 18 hole mini golf courses and also a miniature golf course and play area for children.

Once the booking and damage deposit have been paid in full, detailed directions, arrival and key collection instructions will be sent by email.

Conditions

- a booking deposit of 25% to secure the dates is required at the time of booking
- a damage deposit of £ 200.00 is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be returned within 7 days if there is no damage to the property
- the full balance of 75% is required 6 weeks before the beginning of the stay
- Booking discounts are available : 10% discount if booking start date is less than 5 days away provided the full booking cost and damage deposit are paid at the time of booking ; 25% discount if booking length is more than 30 days. (applies only to stays during January, February, March, November & December ); 10% discount if booking start date is greater than 60 days away during January, February, March, November and December, provided the booking deposit of 25% and the damage deposit are paid at the time of booking.

The Vilamoura / Condominio Do Golfe II area

Vilamoura is the tourist resort par excellence. The biggest private holiday development in Portugal has golf courses, a wide range of other sports facilities and an incredible marina with a variety of entertainment. From the holiday maker’s perspective you should know that if there’s something to do, it can be done in Vilamoura.

Nearby, the Vilamoura Casino is not quite up to Las Vegas standards, but you can try your luck on the one-armed bandits or on the more serious gaming tables. The casino restaurant features a nightly floorshow with high-kicking dancers.

Vilamoura is a delight for a gourmet. More than an hundred different options can be found around the Marina to cater for the most challenging of tastes. The variety is so wide that is difficult to choose from the traditional fish, seafood and fine Portuguese cuisine. There is fine dining restaurants as well as the pavement cafes for a more reasonably priced meal. The offer is completed by the Beach restaurants for a lovely day under the sun.

For the shopping lovers this is the ideal place. The colourful shops windows are an invitation difficult to resist. From well known international trade marks to the regional and rustic shops, you can always finds the right gift for a very special person.
For the day by day and long stays, the supermarkets and convenience stores can be quite handy.

Vilamoura is fronted by three kilometres of golden sands known as Falesia Beach. The choice is wide, from quiet, secluded beaches to those frequented by the personalities, artists and sportsmen who spend the summer in the resort. What they all have in common is unrivalled beauty and excellent water quality, as proved by the blue flags they fly.

Luxury Condominium Apartment
This stunning brand new apartment is located on the 'Condominios do Golfe II' development in the heart of Vilamoura.

To get to Faro airport you can use a number of budget airlines including EasyJet. from a number of UK airports.
Alternatively you could fly to Lisbon and catch the train/bus to the Loule or hire a car.
Transfers from the airport can be arranged - please enquire.
There is car hire at Faro airport or in Vilamoura or one can be organised - please enquire early as there is a great shortage of hire cars. The drive is approx 20-30 minutes from Faro airport.

“Return Visit !” Well we said we would return to this lovely apartment and we did. Its been 2 yrs since we last stayed here and it is still as good as the last time , acually it is better! Last time we had a gripe about the sunbeds on the terrace ( 2 deckchairs, not comfortable) and the table was a bit 'unsecure' . This visit there were 2 new sunbeds! The owner did inform me about them and that there was not a table on the terrace now, we were a bit dissapointed about the table but when we arrived there was a small table and 2 chairs out there which was very handy for breakfast outside. The complex is excellent and kept immaculate as was the apartment. Complex was quite busy with families as it was August but this did not bother us. Again there was a pool attendant there each day. We always got a sunbed round the pool. No towels on at 6am there I am glad to say. This time I was able to put the car ( It does help to have one in this location) in the underground garage this helped keep the heat out of the car. The lift takes you straight down the the allocated car space ( not that wide, be warned) The hand over and instructions from the owner are excellent. On the whole another enjoyable stay and will certainly return again. Hopefully out of peak season and for longer.

It was much bigger than anticipated, nicely furnished and well presented, although there was only a limited amount of kitchen equipment (but who goes on holiday to use it!!) The pool and pool area were spotless and well maintained. It was a real bonus having a cleaner come in and change the towels, not really expected, but great nevertheless! The spa bath was true luxury after a hard day by the pool! We would definitely book this property again if we went back to Portugal. The property management company was very helpful and arranged our taxi from and to the airport, most efficient thank you!"

Ray from Liverpool says : "Stayed in the apartment for 11 nights in August, The apartment is very nice and larger than expected. Lovely view out onto the pool area. The air con looked like it had been upgraded in the lounge it was very good, the bedroom unit was not as efficient in the hot weather we had. Found the apartment had sky tv but just the freeview channels which were fine (a skycard may work there?) Good kitchen. Nice bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Would not hesitate to return . The gardens and pool area are excellent, very well manicured. We were always able to get a sun lounger by the pool On the whole an enjoyable stay"

The sun was on the balcony right up till 3 in the afternoon and then out at the back door until 7 in the evening. We really liked the location being that little bit further away from the main resorts as we could relax when we got back from a busy day or night. We really enjoyed our stay there"

Debbie from Grays says "The pictures do not do the apartment justice as it is a very spacious and well laid out apartment. We stayed for 10 days and we had someone come in and clean and change towels/bedding twice in that time. The pool area is lovely but could do with a few more sunbeds, particularly in the high season. The grounds are immaculately kept. The walk into Vilamoura Marina takes about 20 mins but the cental walk/cycleways on the main road are very clean and pleasant to walk down and have many rest places if you need them. There are many golf courses nearby and driving and parking is not a problem. We would definitely consider booking again."
