Apartment with sea view for 2 people only 600 meters from the beach. The apartment is in a quiet area but close from the centre, 400 meters from the restaurants and shops. Good for relax in holidays!

Ideally located for exploring the beautiful Minho area with the National Park of Peneda-Geres about 1 hour drive and approximately fifteen minutes from the border with Spain (Galicia). The beautiful towns of Braga, Guimaraes, Barcelos, VIana do Castelo, Caminha and Ponte de Lima all easily accessible with Porto an easy day trip.

Ferry or bridge to Galicia in Spain across the River Minho

The apartment is an hour or 60 km from Guimarães - European Capital of Culture 2012.

Beautiful undiscovered Minho area with many places of interest including historic towns, markets, local festivals. Good shopping in many towns including Viana do Castelo only 15 minutes drive.

Many uncrowded sandy beaches close by. Ferry or bridge to Galicia in Spain across the River Minho

The Vila Praia de Ancora area

Vila Praia de Ancora has a good selection of restaurants many specialising in fish, shops, tourist office and huge sandy, uncrowded beach and River Ancora. Town festival in early September lasting several days.

Ancora village has many walks to the river, sanctuary, chapels and Dolmen. There are a couple of restaurants in Ancora village and a large supermarket close by.
