Located in a quiet rural area, very spacious and comfortable interior with private pool and garden.
Only 6km takes you to the beautiful historical town of Vila do Conde, with several beaches, situated between the river and the sea, and to the lively resort town of Povoa do Varzim with beaches, golf courses and casino for those who like a flutter. Not far away the beautiful beaches of Esposende and Ofir.
34km from Oporto town, here you can explore the twisting and narrow streets of the Ribeira, famous for its life and character or visit numerous monuments, or why not visit one of the many port wine lodges on the bank of Douro river and further afield the interesting and beautiful town of Viana do Castelo, a must for excellent shops and restaurants and several historical towns like Braga or Guimarães.
A delightful private garden and swimming pool creates a most relaxing setting for a holiday.

The Costa Verde region

The Costa Verde is a region whose name perfectly evokes its beautiful countryside, unspoilt coastlines and lush landscapes of rich green valleys, vineyards and seemingly endless pine forests.

Portugal's "Green Coast" stretches from the border with Spain in the north, down to just south of Porto, the country's second largest city.

On the Costa Verde you will find the place of life is leisurely and steeped in tradition. Smallholders tend their plots in ways unchanged for many generations; fishermen take to the Atlantic in locally-built boats whose design would be recognised by their forefathers.

Costa Verde is blessed with a wealth of monuments to the past, ancient convents, churches, monasteries, and picturesque castles tower above the landscape.

CLIMATE
The Costa Verde benefits from wet, mild winters which have created a wonderfully fertile temperatures reaching 32ºC.

The Vila do Conde area

The perfect setting between the sea, the countryside, the rivers and the mountains. Is both a traditional fishing town and cosmopolitan summer resort for the people of northern Portugal. At one end is the port and picturesque fishermen's quarter. Interesting architectonic places to visit such as the mother-church (Manueline), the Santa Clara Convent (18th century), the Misericórdia Church (Renaissance), the Aqueduct, and St. John the Baptist Fortress. This town is also famous for its lace.
Nearby, small 18th-century fort guards Póvoa de Varzim's busy harbour. The town's parish church was built between 1743 and 1757, while the church of Nossa Senhora da Lapa dates back to 1772.
