Perfect solution for your vacation or business trip to Italy: 120 mq very spacious and modern apartment with terrace, situated in an area of high historical value - Riviera del Brenta, between beautiful cities of Padua and Venice.
Appartment has 2 bedrooms each one has king size bed, 2 bathrooms with 2 shower boxes + 1 jacuzzi bath, fully equiped spacious kitchen, living room, terrace, each bedroom+kitchen+living room has its own 32" - 50" TV HD, free underground guarded parking, elevator, free Wi-Fi, allarm system, keyless code opening door, home automation system and smart home control. Accommodates up to 4 adults.
Just downstairs you will find bar and one of top level local restaurant with italian cuisine. There is also a restaurant menù available for orders directly in apartment. Apartment has a cellar with fine wines, tea box with 15 tea types and a selection of high quality italian food ready to cook. If you wish to relax, you can order the best italian pizza served directly in apartment.
There is also a supermarket available in 100 meters distance.
We request a deposit of 300.00 euros upon arrival, payable by valid credit card. Deposit will be totally (o partially - in case of damages) refunded at your departure.

Provided services:
- welcome cocktail upon arrival;
- towels are changed two times a week free of charge; cost of additional set of towels (3 pieces per person) is euro 15,00/set;
- bed linen are changed one time a week free of charge; cost of additional bed linen set for king size bed (7 pieces) is euro 25,00/set;
- cleaning service is once a week free of charge; cost for additional cleaning upon request is euro 60,00;
- cot bed+linen for baby is available upon request free of charge (please, inform us in advance);
- babies under 3 years old have free of charge stay;

Apartment has very strategic position: it is situatied 5 minutes by car to the higway gate(Autostrada) Padova Est, 10 minutes by car to Padua City Center or 20 minutes by bus (stop of the bus is located 5 min walk from apartment), 30 min by car to Marco Polo Venice Airport (you can reach airport also by bus form Padova, aprox. time is 55 min), 1 hour and 30 min to Verona city by car in highway A4, 1 hour to the sea side with fantasic beaches (there are different turistic beach places like Lido di Jesolo, Eraclea, Bibione, Legnano Sabbia D'Oro, Lido di Venezia), 1 hour and 50 min by car to Garda Lake (highway A4). Travelling by car, in 2 hours and 30 min you will arrive to Cortina D'Ampezzo - the most famous, fashionable and expensive Italian ski resort, situated in the middle of the most fascinating Dolomiti mountains

There are also different ways to reach Venice city center:
- 20 min by car in a highway (using Padova Est highway exit);
- driving through Riviera del Brenta picturesque way where you can admire Ancient Palladian villas alongside Brenta River with its gorgeus nature, this way goes directly to Venice, aprox 50 min;
- by bus (bus stop just in 1 min walk from apartment), goes alongside Riviera del Brenta directly to Venice.
