Staying here, you'll have the best of both worlds; the quietness of the area in which the apartment is found, and a great location within walking distance of the city centre, the Botanical Gardens, Belvedere Palace, the Austrian Art Gallery, Schwarzenbergplatz and Ringstrasse. To get to Belvedere Palace from the apartment, you just cut through the beautiful Botanical Gardens, which is free to enter.

You will find the apartment easy to get to, whether you are coming from the airport, motorway or train station.

The Lower Austria/Vienna region

Lower Austria (Niederösterreich), known as "the cradle of Austria's history," is the largest of the nine federal states that make up the country today.

- from Vienna Airport by train to Rennweg station (26 min), then 5 min walk or 1 tram stop to the property
- from Bratislava Airport by bus shuttle to Erdberg station, then taxi (5 min)
- from Suedbahnhof Railway Station by tram O (5 min) - 2 tram stops

The tram stop (Kölblgasse) is only 1 minute walk from the property.

The studio is situated on the 6th floor of a well maintained house and is accessible with a lift. It is light, airy and quiet, thanks to the courtyard facing French windows.

There is a double bed and a sofa-bed (opens to a double bed). A baby cot is available upon request. Bed linen, pillows, blankets and towels are provided.

Brand new kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave oven, cooker, hood and dishwasher.

Washing/drying machine is placed in the bathroom. New heating system includes floor heating in the bathroom.

Comfortable stay, convenient location and perfect infrastructure in a quiet setting!

The studio is conveniently located in a quiet yet central area, only 1 minute from the Botanical Garden. A short walk through the Botanical Garden (free entry) takes you directly to the Belvedere Palace, a former residence of Prince Eugene of Savoy, and a home of the Gallery of Austrian Art.
