A park which is ideal for families with children can be found at the rear of the building. At the end of Leonhardgasse you can find the Fiakerplatz with a monument of the "Fiakerdörfl".Hundertwasser Haus Vienna and the Hundertwasser Kunsthaus are in the neighborhood and are highly recommended. Underground: The apartments are very easy to reach by U3 (Station "Schlachthausgasse"). Bus: 74A, 77A, 80A. Tram: 18. The Vienna airport Schwechat is only fifteen minutes by car away.

Chic, furnished apartment with fully equipped kitchenette (dish washer, micro-wave, cooking stove, dishes and cutlery for a minimum of 4 persons). A piece of equipment is also a flat-screen TV, Hifi system, DVD player, broadband Internet access (no additional fee),and a safe. There is an intercom by the entry. Also a working area with a desk and a lamp is available. Each apartment has its unique style, therefore the equipment can slightly vary from one apartment to another. All tenants have access to both fitness room and laundry room. Guests can use either elevator or staircase.

Taborstrasse is situated in the 2nd zone of the city. In the building, there are 19 modern business class apartments. The building, built in 1881, has been recently fully renovated by Lutter Architecture & Design and it has got beautiful facade. The apartment house on Taborstrasse is located between the historical city centre of Vienna, its business and nightlife quarters, and Prater- the oldest amusement park in Europe (the biggest exhibitions in Austria take place there). The renovated building on Taborstrasse, thanks to its location, fulfils all the demands of the guests visiting Vienna for business purposes, as well as those who would like to experience the Austrian metropolis from more entertaining side. Nearby, there are The United Nations Headquarter, Alte Donau, Donaukanal and Donauinsel, which you cannot omit while visiting Vienna. Just in few minutes walk from Taborstrasse you can get to the biggest Austrian stadium: Ernst-Happel-Stadion, where in 2008 the European Championship UEFA was played. The apartments have good access to public transport. Tramway- the line 2 stop is only few passes from the building. Underground- the line U2, Taborstrasse Station is situated in the very close neighbourhood.
