Grinzing is part of the 19th district of Vienna, a renowned wine-growing village, and popular destination for day-trips and summer holidays, today a famous Heuriger village. Grinzing has preserved its small-town character and is surrounded by vineyards; it is situated in a valley in the foothills of the Vienna Woods.The district is famous for its traditional taverns "Heurigenlokale"and situated in picturesque surroundings of vineyards in a valley in the foothills of the Vienna Woods. This region has been the home to many embassies and permanent missions, and a favourite for ambassadors and diplomatic staff who prefer to live in a quiet, green area. Our apartments partially offer views over the vineyards. The accommodation we offer is excellent for both business travellers and families with children. The famous "Heurigenviertel" of Grinzing is within walking distance. Easy accessibility by public transport: Trams: 38 is in front of the main entrance of the apartment building and will directly take you into the city.

Chic, furnished apartment with fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen you can find dish washer, oven, cooking stove, micro-wave, washing machine, as well as dishes and cutlery for a minimum of 4 people. In our apartments there are also flat-screen TV, Hifi system, DVD player, broadband Internet access (included in rent), safe and doorbell. The most of our apartments have also separate working area with a desk and a lamp. Each apartment has its unique style, therefore the equipment can slightly vary from one apartment to another. All tenants have access to both fitness room and laundry room. Guests can use either elevator or staircase.

The weekly cleaning service plus a change of bedding is included in the rent. Additionally the apartment is checked twice weekly, we provide fresh towels and a refill of hand soap. We offer a laundry service on request for a fixed rate of 210 + VAT EUR per month.

The Lower Austria/Vienna region

Lower Austria (Niederösterreich), known as "the cradle of Austria's history," is the largest of the nine federal states. It's named Lower Austria because it sits lower on the Danube, which flows through it from west to east. It lies on Vienna's doorstep and can easily be visited from there.
This historic area was once heavily fortified, as some 550 fortresses and castles testify -- many are still standing, but often in ruins.. At the foothills of the Alps is Wiener Neustadt, the former imperial city. Along the Danube, Dürnstein, with terraced vineyards, was where Richard the Lion-Hearted was held prisoner.
