About the home

Located in a late 18th century building on the Kurrentgasse, a picturesque street a few steps from Judenplatz, arguably the nicest area of the historic centre, a UNESCO world heritage landmark. The whole area is pedestrian, including the Kurrentgasse, full with the nicest cafés and restaurants in Vienna.

At the ground floor of the building you can enjoy the fresh products of the bakery Grimm, the oldest in Vienna! The flat, on the second floor (with elevator) is spacious, 80m² (860 sq.f.), and has a large master bedroom, an entrance, a living room with one dining and one sleeping corner, high speed internet and cable TV, as well as a really fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a separate toilet.

The Lower Austria/Vienna region

Vienna is awesome, plan more than a week if you can.

The location is an experience in itself. The feeling of living in this part of town, I think the oldest of Vienna (end of 18th century), is really unique, there is a unique charm to these labyrinthine streets with traditional shops, restaurants and cafes.

The Vienna City / Innere Stadt area

No cars. St-Stephens cathedral is 200m away from the flat (about 3 minutes by foot) as is the underground station for the rare times you'll actually have to take transportation (for instance the day you go to the Schönbrunn palace which is out of town). In 5 minutes or less by foot, you can reach the Hofburg, the Spanish riding school, the Graben, Kärntnerstrasse, the Cafe Central and dozens of other sites.
