About the home

Belvedere Studio Deluxe is our newly acquired 40 m² (430 square feet) apartment situated on the 1st floor of a well maintained, traditional Viennese house. It is light, airy and quiet, with a separate bedroom and courtyard facing windows.

Having it completely renovated using high quality materials and attention to every detail while keeping some original features we are able to provide a 21st century comfort in a 19th century house.

You will find the apartments easy to get to, whether you are coming from the airport, motorway or train station.

Sleeping arrangements: a double bed in the main room and two single beds in a separate bedroom. A baby cot is available upon request. Bed linen, pillows, blankets and towels are provided.

Unlimited high-speed internet available through WLAN (Wi-Fi) is included in the price.

The main room provides a brand new kitchenette, equipped with fridge, cooker, hood and dishwasher; table and chairs, armchairs, a comfortable double bed with reading lights, and a chest of drawers. A flat screen TV (full HD, DVD/CD/Media player) on a swivel ensures convenient viewing from every point.

There are 2 single beds and a spacious wardrobe in an adjacent room. Bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washer/dryer.

Please note you’d need to climb two short flights of stairs to access the apartment, no lift.

The studio is conveniently located in a quiet yet central area, only 5 minute from the Botanical Garden. A short walk through the Botanical Garden (free entry) takes you directly to the Belvedere Palace, a former residence of Prince Eugene of Savoy, and a home of the Gallery of Austrian Art.

It is easily accessible from the airport, railway station and a highway, and only minutes away from the city centre.

The Lower Austria/Vienna region

- from Bratislava Airport by bus shuttle to Erdberg station, then taxi (5 min)
- from Suedbahnhof / Hauptbahnhof Railway Station by tram O (5 min) - 2 tram stops

The tram stop (Kölblgasse) is only 5 minute walk from the property.
