Josefstaedterstrasse and the 8th district is one of the few that has retained the original Viennese flair. Beautifully located between major historic sights and within walking distance from the city, it offers very good public transport connection, parks, many truly Viennese cafes and famous restaurants. There are supermarkets, mini markets, organic and fresh markets as well as all kinds of sweet little stores on the street. After a beautiful day of sightseeing and shopping, relax on our cosy balcony and study our guides to plan the day ahead.
The Vienna City / Innere Stadt area
The cosmopolitan city that combines beauty and charm with culture, style and sophistication. Spend your vacation in a small and charming district with a large number of patrician houses built before 1919, some of them from the Biedermeier and historic periods, next to the famous Josefstadt theatre and within walking distance to the very centre of Vienna as well as the famous shopping mile Mariahilferstrasse. The true Vienna experience!

My friends and I spent a week in Marion Chehab's aparrtment and loved every minute of it. Everything is well thought out: three comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped bathroom and kitchen, three walk-in wardrobes, cosy balcony, large lounge with couches, armchairs, dining and coffee tables and even a piano (to feel the spirit of the City of Music). The only slight problem was 2 keys for 6 people. We would highly recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Vienna and hope to come again. |

Our group of three couples stayed for 3 nights after traveling from Canada. The pre-arrival correspondence with Marion was very helpful. She had good tips on restaurants, groceries and transport. On... more |

Everything was great with this apartment. We were met on time by the hosts Mother and she showed us around. We were a group of 4 colleagues at a conference and the spacious apartment was really like a home-from-home. The addition of the outdoor balcony area is brilliant as it meant we could eat outside quite a lot. Everything was clean and tidy and checking out went very smoothly. Internet connection was also brilliant. No complaints really, and would definitely stay here again. |
