About the home

Our 140 m² apartment is located on charming Josefstaedterstrasse from where you can see St. Stephen's, a short stroll away from City Hall and Parliament yet cosy and quietly overlooking a green patio.

It is suitable for up to 6 persons with the following layout: Entrance, WIFI, WC, storage room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, water boiler etc., very large living/dining room with dining table for 6-8 persons, large flat screen & satellite TV, very cosy balcony newly furnished, three double bedrooms (in two of them beds can be separated) with walk-in dressing rooms, double sized airbed for one additional person, bathroom/WC, washing machine. For kids we have a high chair, books, toys and games.

“Fantastic !!!!” My friends and I spent a week in Marion Chehab's aparrtment and loved every minute of it. Everything is well thought out: three comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped bathroom and kitchen,three walk-in wardrobes, cosy balcony, large lounge with couches, armchairs, dining and coffee tables and even a piano (to feel the spirit of the City of Music). The only slight problem was 2 keys for 6 people. We would highly recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Vienna and hope to come again.

“Wonderful apartment in a really nice part of Vienna” Everything was great with this apartment. We were met on time by the hosts Mother and she showed us around. We were a group of 4 colleagues at a conference and the spacious apartment was really like a home-from-home. The addition of the outdoor balcony area is brilliant as it meant we could eat outside quite a lot. Everything was clean and tidy and checking out went very smoothly. Internet connection was also brilliant. No complaints really, and would definitely stay here again.

“Very comfortable with all our needs met.” I travelled to Vienna for the first time with a work colleague, her young toddler and nanny. We instantly were made to feel welcome in the apartment and were provided with all the things we would need, including information. The apartment was clean, warm and nicely decorated. I would recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Vienna, it was also in a nice location within walking distance to many of the city sights.

“What more could you ask for?” Really loved this apartment and the central location in Vienna, Austria. Beds are super comfortable, dwelling is spotless and has everything you could possibly need in a home away from home.

“Spacious apartment in great location” Large apartment in very nice building in great neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen, 1 1/2 baths, 3 bedrooms, large living, dining area, terrace with table that would be great in warm weather. Great for the 5 of us. Grocery was a few steps down the street where I would pick up breakfast before everyone woke up. About 1/2 miile to the Ringstrasse. Street cars right outside the building and the subway (U-bahn) a 10 minute walk away. The only problem was that someone had smoked and made some of the towels smell bad.

“Great owner support, excellent location and good value” My family and I spent 2 hugely enjoyable weeks in Marion Chehab's > apartment in December 2011. The apartment was ideal as the 3 good size > bedrooms and generous living/dining area meant each of our 2 > rambunctious teenage children was able to have his/her own room while > there was also plenty of space for family dinners and informal > socializing. The location of the apartment in Josefstadter Strasse is > quite simply perfect as it is just outside of but within an easy walk > of Vienna's main tourist area and in a genuinely local Viennese > residential district with lots of well priced restaurants and > service/shopping outlets close by. The best part of the apartment, > however, was unquestionably the wonderful support provided by Marion > and her mother who were both unfailingly helpful and supportive. > Particularly noteworthy was that when an electrical problem occurred > in the apartment 2 days before Christmas, Marion had an electrician > around to the apartment within 1 hour and at 8:30 AM - a service > performance which is, quite simply, unheard of in my home country of > Australia!! Finally, we considered the apartment extremely good value > compared to available hotel options. All in all a great experience > which has set a new benchmark for our future family holidays.

“Lovely, spacious apartment in great location” This apartment was perfect for our group of 5 adults and would be comfortable for larger groups too as it is so spacious. It is well furnished, equipped with loads of towels and plenty of bedding, and has a fully equipped kitchen. The location is only a 10min walk from the Town Hall and 15mins to the shopping streets, and there are train stations 5mins in either direction. The owner was lovely to deal with and helped with all my questions before and during our stay. Highly recommend!
