Luxury first class apartment just 5 minutes walk to St. Stephen Cathedral.

Our apartment is located in the city centre, in a top position, in the first district of Vienna.
The house was built in 1902 and rebuilt after the war.
The apartment is on the second floor (lift) and has the flair of a Viennese old building with a ceiling height of 3.30m. We have recently completely renovated and tastefully furnished. Two entrances provide different impressions. The main entrance at the “Passauer Platz” is located in close proximity to the church of “Maria am Gestade” and from the entrance “Salzgries” you can enjoy the view of historic Baroque buildings. Numerous shops for food, pharmacy, hairdressers, cafes and restaurants are in close proximity.

“Absolutly fantastic. We could not have asked for anything better. We really enjoyed our stay.” This appartment is a little gem. Located in a quiet area and close to all areas of interest, the appartment offers all the comfort required when travelling abroad. Fully equipped kitchen (with crystal glases, I might add), comfortable and very clean, this appartment made our stay in Vienna truly memorable.

“A beautiful apartment, a perfect location. We would rent it again in a heartbeat.” My wife and I rented this apartment for a 9-day stay in Vienna. Located in Vienna's historic center, it is less than a 5-minute walk from the Graben (Vienna's stunning Imperial-era shopping street) and Stephansdom (an awe-inspiring Gothic cathedral). It's also within easy walking distance of several other central attractions (like the Spanish Riding School and the Hofburg) and culinary jewels like Demel's incomparable pastries, Trzesniewski's delightful little open-face sandwiches and tall sparkling beers, and the timeless Cafe Hawelka. The apartment is an easy 5-minute walk to an express airport bus (8 euros), which runs on the half hour and gets you to or from Vienna International in 20 minutes. It's also just 5-minutes from several streetcar and U-Bahn (subway) stations. The apartment's owner is charmingly fastidious, and it shows. The apartment is immaculate and tastefully decorated with comfortable, modern furnishings. The kitchen, with a full-size fridge and proper oven/range, is outfitted with all the necessary tools for preparing full-blown meals...not that there is much temptation to do so when so many excellent restaurants beckon. The WC and shower are conveniently split, and like everything else in the apartment, were immaculately clean and worked perfectly. Check-in was a breeze -- the owner was extremely punctual and was waiting for us just as our cab pulled up. After giving us a quick tour of the apartment and its amenities, he took the time to get us oriented in the neighborhood, pointing out the way to public transportation and to a pair of supermarkets a block away. A small Gothic church nearby rings its bells hourly from 6 AM onward (to the best of my recollection). If you're the sort of person who likes to sleep in, close the double windows and the noise is barely audible. Otherwise, it's hard to imagine a more charming alarm clock.

“Excellent Location, Wonderful Amenities, Helpful Owner” The apartment is centrally located (15 minute can from airport, 5 minute walk from St. Stephens square) and excellently furnished. The operator was in constant contact prior to the trip and was waiting for us at the apartment upon our arrival. Easy walking distance to any of about 20 sightseeing destinations (state opera, Hofburg, St. Peter's, etc). Plenty of restaurant/bar options in immediate area, but not loud. Wonderful experience.

“comfortable and clean apartment” the apartment is situated in Vienna's city center (1st district). In spite of this location it's very quiet and calm area. I wasn't distubed with any noise, only church bells. The apartment was perfectly clean. Hospitable owners (and willing to help). Once came cleaner (very nice woman) changed towels and bed linen. if you need something more you can just ask her to do it. I'm pleased with the furniture, everything was fine and comfortable.
