Luxury first class apartment just 5 minutes walk to St. Stephen Cathedral.
Our apartment is located in the city centre, in a top position, in the first district of Vienna.
The house was built in 1902 and rebuilt after the war.
The apartment is on the second floor (lift) and has the flair of a Viennese old building with a ceiling height of 3.30m. We have recently completely renovated and tastefully furnished. Two entrances provide different impressions. The main entrance at the “Passauer Platz” is located in close proximity to the church of “Maria am Gestade” and from the entrance “Salzgries” you can enjoy the view of historic Baroque buildings. Numerous shops for food, pharmacy, hairdressers, cafes and restaurants are in close proximity.

We spent a very happy week in Vienna at this wonderful apartment. Spotlessly clean, a great location (maximum 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of town and all the main sites) and a wonderfully helpful owner. We had a {very small) issue with the hot water and Sahin fixed it immediately and left us a bottle of champagne, a really nice gesture. The apartment was large, beautifully decorated (the fittings all looked very new) and with all the facilities we needed. There was no need for a car as it was so central with the metro stop only 5 minutes away for trips out of town. Thanks to Sahin for a great experience, we will definitely be back. |

Many apartments are beautiful, and centrally located, earning them top reviews. Sisi apartment is no exception: from the modern kitchen with every convenience, to the beautiful living space, exquisite bedrooms and very spacious bathroom. What makes "Sisi" head and shoulders above the rest is the extra mile the owner goes to to ensure your vacation is special. We arrived in Vienna without a map, and could not get a cab to the apartment. Sahin, the owner, was gracious enough to come and collect us and personally escort us to the apartment, a short walk from Stephenplatz. As Vienna was having a heat wave, he again went above and beyond and made a special trip to the apartment to deliver a second fan for our son. He was also kind enough to arrange for a taxi to pick us up on departure day, reconfirming the details to put our mind at ease, and then again went out of his way to mail a personal article that we had accidentally left behind. For us, having someone to help us navigate the logistics of an unfamiliar city, and treat us like family was an outstanding level of service. If you want a beautiful apartment, and a hassle-free vacation rental, look no further. |

In the heart of Vienna, the apartment is perfect in all respects. Recently renovated, "Sisi" has large rooms and every convenience. It is in a quiet location, there are 3 major grocery stores 9one of which is 5 meters from the door), public transportation is a short walk away, as are Am Hof Platz and Stefandom. In fact, we walked everywhere easily from "Sisi" - the opera house, all major shopping, Albertina museum, Musikverein, Hofberg - really, everything is so close. Back to the apartment - the kitchen has every supply you would need, the washer and dryer are high quality, as are the beds, TV, furnishings. The owner is extremely helpful and kind, gave us maps, directions, ideas, and arranged our taxi back to the airport. This apartment definitely receives our highest rating. |
