VIennaTop 9 ist situated in a business area offering a lot of restaurants & shops and is within walking distance of Kärntnerstrasse (viennese designer pedestrian area), the Opera and the Cathedral of Vienna.
Staying in this apartment means staying on one of the top floors overlooking Vienna. From the cosy balcony you will enjoy breakfast in the sun, or use the shuttersytem (automatical/manual) to close the shutters and enjoy fresh, cool air.
The flat has been designed with care, very modern amenities and international flair, warm colours and light, welcoming furniture make you feel at home instantly. you can prepare breakfeast watching TV (new flat screen), sit on the loggia to read your E-mails (WLAN) or invite some friends over for a drink (plates, glasses etc. for 8).

The Lower Austria/Vienna region

Vienna also offers a lot of parks, green spaces - and, of course - the beautiful Danube river with its bars, restaurants, boats, parks and sports & swimming opportunities. The Un Headquarters add international flair, Conferens and Art exhibitions are held regutlarly in the Hofburg, the former emperor's palace. Culture lovers will find all they long forr in the impressive Museumsquartier with lots of differnt Art & Dance Museums and Events on what used to be the site of the horse stables during Monarchy. Wether you simply want to visit Emperess Sisi's castle, Schönbrunn or enjoy live classic music in the castle's park in summer, you will love this famoous Viennese sight. In Winter the snowed-in Christmas markets are spread through the city and the city gets magical-lights, the smell of hot wine, bakery and winter food fill the streets.
The modern part of Vienna with towers designed by well-known architects awaits on the other side of the Danube, also called "Transdanubia" by the Viennese. Summer brings dry heat and lots of sun to be enjoyed picknicking in the parks, hiking in the Viennese forest or sitting in one of the delicious restaurant's garden.
Sow and frosty temperatures in winter will make you enjoy a hot chocolate or wine at the Chritmas markets- and maybe give you a reason to shop for winterfashionn in the designer areas of the 1st & 7th district!
The Vienna City area
Located in the heart of the old city of Vienna, St. Stephen's Cathedral is just a few minutes walk away. The pedestrian area with beautiful designer shops and the most important & famous buildings like the Opera, the Hofburg with the Lipizzaner stalss, the Parlament, City Hall, the Museum area, the Burgtheater and the two beautiful central parks: Burg and Volksgarten.
