This lovely spacious apartment could not be better positioned right in the heart of the 1st district of Vienna in a quiet street a few minutes stroll from the central Opera house and the beginning of the Kartner Strasse with its numerous shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. Local transport tram bus and metro stops literally around the corner, whilst you are spoilt for choice with things to do and see. The apartment provides an ideal spot to enjoy Vienna providing all facilities in a tasteful setting.

The Lower Austria/Vienna region

Vienna is a wonderful city offering a wealth of cultural places to visit, the excellent transportation network means that getting around is very practical and safe. Throughout the year there is a varied program with outdoor concerts in the various parks or places of historic interest in the summer, there is a large screen outside the opera which transmits the performances. In winter the city is alive with christmas markets and stalls in the pedestrian street and squares, church concerts and musical performances throughout the year contribute to the magical atmosphere of this beautiful city

The Vienna City area

The ideal location of the apartment means that you just just nip down the Kartnerstrasse and enjoy one of the many cafes, the nearby churches museums historical buildings and shopping area and restaurants are all within a short stroll. The opera house is just around the corner whilst the Hofburg, National Library and Albertina museum to mention but a few are all within walking distance. You can also take horse drawn carriage trips around the city and see the sights from a different dimension
Vienna also has some wonderful parks which offer a relaxing alternative in stunning setting in the summer when flowers are in full bloom, whilst in the winter the city turns into a fairy tale setting with its Christmas markets magical lighting , Punsch huts and various activites
