A charming and spacious apartment with unique atmosphere.

For your stay various beautiful decorated and fully equipped apartment is available to meet your requirement and reachable by elevator.

The apartment has its own bathroom, WC, a fully equipped kitchen, self dial telephone and Sat-TV with English speaking and Arab channels also. W-Lan in all rooms.

The cold and warm buffet breakfast can be enjoyed in our comfortable breakfast room or in the privacy of your apartment.

We are within walking distance to city centre. The central location of our house makes your stay in Vienna particularly pleasant. Situated within easy reach of the shopping centres at Maria Hilfer Strasse and the sights of the Wiener Ringstrasse. Public transports like bus and underground are within easy reach.

Our house is a Traditional Viennese Property, which was improved year by year, to meet the highest requirements of good accommodation.

During the summer months the Vienna Film Festival on the Rathausplatz in front of the City Hall attracts music lovers from all corners of the world. The City Hall provides a perfect backdrop for classical music performances and an international culinary experience along the many food stands there.

Apart from the federal theatres and the Vereinigte Bühnen there are many small, private theatres in Vienna. Numerous theatre ensembles perform in old factory buildings or on public squares. A theatre for young people between two and 20 was established in the Museumsquartier in autumn 2004.
