•Walking distance to the city, Crown Burswood Casino and Entertainment complex, Burswood Park golf course, the Swan River foreshore, open parklands and barbeque areas, WACA cricket ground and many of Perths tourist attractions.

•Victoria Park café and restaurant strip, bars, shopping centre and specialty shops are a 1 minute walk away.

•Each of our 3 modern, spacious and attractive apartments have their own kitchen, laundry, 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living, dining and sunny alfresco area.

Only a few minutes drive or a pleasant stroll to the CBD and Swan River foreshore and parklands. Located in the trendy Victoria Park cafe strip and precinct which includes many fantastic cafes, restaurants, popular bars and Perths famous beer gardens.

At the end of the street is Victoria Park Centro Shopping Centre with all essential amenities including chemist, dentist, doctor, News Agency, Australia Post, Local Gym, Hairdresser, Beauty/Massage Treatments, Liquor store & Woolworths which is open 7 days a week and open until 9pm on weekdays.

Victoria Park train station is 3 minute walk away for a quick and easy journey to Fremantle, Mandurah, Subiaco, central city and other locations. 20 minute drive to either International or domestic airports.
