A lovely apartment in the heart of nature only 10 minutes from Versilia's sandy beaches, ideal for couples and families. It's situated on the first floor of a countryhouse and has access to a large garden area (shared) surrounded by trees with a pool (6 m. x 12 m.), garden umbrellas, barbecue. It is located in an ideal position away from traffic yet only a few minutes from the motorway and food shops and only 10 minutes from Versiala's beautiful beaches, pinewoods, cafes, elegant boutiques and nightclubs.
The apartment is fitted with heating system, a large dining area with kitchenette, a dining table and chairs, a sofa and 2 armchairs and satellite TV. The kitchen has a terracotta hob with a gas cooker (4 Burners), kitchen sink, electric stove, refrigerator with ice box, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. One of the 2 bathrooms has a bath with shower over, w.c., bidet and a wash basin with illuminated mirror. The other bathroom has a shower, w.c., bidet, and a wash basin with illuminated mirror. The first large bedroom has a double.bed, a large wardrobe, an armchair, the possibility of adding an extra bed and a ceiling fan. The second large bedroom has a double-bed, a sofa bed (single) and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom has a big single bed with a wardrobe and a small chair. The washing machine is situated in a room on the ground floor. There is also the possibility of using a wood-fired oven.

The Tuscany region
Versilia embraces a large area that stretches from the Tyrrhenian sea to the Apuan Alps famous for its white marble used by Michelangelo Buonarroti. The main towns in this area are Viareggio, Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi. The long summer season (May-September) is characterized by a lively atmosphere thanks to the numerous cultural events (Puccini Music Festival in Torre del Lago, theater performances at Versiliana, organ concerts in the Romanesque Churches of the area, art exhibits, antique fairs and literary prizes) and to the hot nightlife scene along the coast's hot spots (twiga, Capannina, etc.).
There are also several excellent restaurant in this area where one can find delicious fish dishes in the most expensive and famous restaurant like"Lorenzo" in Forte dei Marmi and "Romano" in Viareggio, to the simpler, less expensive but just as good like "Buonamico" and "Cicero" in Viareggio. In the Hinterland we can find pleasant towns with an ancient atmosphere like Camaiore, famous for its beautiful Romanesque church and Pietrasanta with its cathedral and well-loved by famous sculptors and artists who have chosen to work here like Botero, Moore, etc....

Viareggio is a famous seaside resort known for its beautiful sandy beaches, its long promenade (more than 3 km long), its cool pinewoods full of fun, its pier and docks ideal for beautiful walks. Viareggio is also well-known for its carnival, the most famous in Italy, which takes place in February and for Torre del Lago Puccini where the Puccini Music Festival takes place in July and August in the suggestive open-air theatre built next to the home of the great musician Giacomo Puccini.
