About the home

Farmhouse is located just few minutes’ walk from the beach.We also provide bicycles to reach the quite beach and explore the amazing "parco" of Migliarino San Rossore. Quiet and peaceful, yet only ten minutes from Versilia riviera,famous for his excellent restaurant bar and shopping.
Farmhouse benefits from its own private spacious garden with country and mountain views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one sofa- bed, the house is ideal for a romantic getaway for couples and small families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Tuscany / Lucca Province region

The Viareggio area

Viareggio is the principal town of Versilia,famous for its carnival and the beautiful seaside promenade,which is dotted with houses from the twenties in art nouveau and art deco style.The seafront promenade is synonymous above all however with shopping.the frame of the historic avenue is due to the prestigious boutiques and the beautiful bars.
Viareggio,Forte dei Marmi and villages of the hinterland:a mix of tastes and land scapes to surprise your palate and your eyes.Viareggio is certainly one of Versilia's classics.In the restaurant you can try clam soup,scampi with beans and fresh tomatoes and the famous cacciucco.
