Just off the Chemin des Luis, this immaculate, top floor 3 bedroom duplex apartment is ideal for those wanting to get away from the centre of town, yet have easy access to the Savoleyres lift station. The property benefits from a large, south facing balcony offering amazing views of the valley below and of the mountain ranges in Verbier.
The apartment feels more like a chalet and comes with a separate boot room and ski locker. The entrance hallway has a guest WC and leads on to a bright lounge and dining area (that comfortably seats 8) with an open fireplace and access to the covered balcony area. There is a TV and CD/DVD player available for use and WIFI has also been fitted. The kitchen is open plan, close to the dining area and has everything you may need for a self catered holiday.
The staircase leads down to a sauna and onto the first double bedroom. The second bedroom is a twin and the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a shower room with walk in wet room. There is garage parking for 1 car.
This apartment has a strict no smoking and no outdoor shoes policy.

Our bookings run Sunday to Sunday and include the provision of towels, linen and cleaning / laundry on departure. Tourist tax rates will be added when a booking is made (2.50chf per adult per night and 1.25chf per child per night).
We can be more flexible on arrival & departure dates for last minute bookings, depending on availability.
A deposit of 30% or 1,000CHF (the higher amount) is needed within 2 days of reservation to secure the booking. Balances must be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
