The superbly appointed open plan kitchen is off the lounge area, which in turn faces the open plan dining area, comfortably seating 8. French doors lead to the garden from the dining area as well. A downstairs WC is just off the lounge area and a staircase next to the WC, leads up to the first floor.

The master bedroom has a balcony with stunning views and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom on this floor is a good sized twin / double room. The third bedroom on this floor is a smaller room with a single bed that can extend to a double. There is also a shower room, with a sink and WC.
