Inmitten traumhafter Natur umgeben von Wiesen und Bergwald liegt unsere kleine, neu ausgebaute Ferienwohnung abseits vom Straßenverkehr in einem kleinen mittelalterlichen Bergdorf mit Natursteinhäusern auf 750 m ü.d.M. im Naturpark Alta Valle Antrona in der Gemeinde Viganella. Das Haus ist in zwei Minuten Fußweg vom Parkplatz zu erreichen, für Gepäck oder schwere Einkäufe gibt es eine Lastenseilbahn.

Das Appartement ist mit Küchenzeile, Essecke und Bad ausgestattet. In dem Wohn-Schlafraum ist ein Doppelbett (140cm x 190cm) und ein Etagenbett (90cm x 190cm) vorhanden. Die Kochecke ist mit zwei elektrischen Kochplatten, Abzugshaube und allen nötigen Küchenutensilien, Töpfen, Espressomaschine u.s.w. ausgestattet. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Dusche und ein Waschbecken. Für Warmwasser und - an kalten Tagen - Fußbodenheizung ist gesorgt. Da die Wohnung recht klein ist, wird sie höchstens an zwei Erwachsene und bis zu zwei Kinder vermietet.

Für die mit uns gemeinsam genutzte Terrasse und den großen, nicht eingezäunten Garten gibt es Gartenmöbel, Sonnenschirm, Grillmöglichkeit auf dem Lagerfeuerplatz, u.v.m.

Es kann kostenlos unser WLAN (10 Mbps down/1 Mbps up) mitgenutzt werden.

Viganella war bislang noch weitgehend unbekannt, was sich erst vor wenigen Jahren durch den Bau des Sonnenspiegels änderte, der in den Wintermonaten die Sonne auf den Kirchplatz von Viganella spiegelt und für weltweite Beachtung sorgte.

Es gibt zu jeder Jahreszeiten etwas zu entdecken: Das große Trampolin, Grillabende am Lagerfeuer oder Open-Air-Kino unterm Sternenhimmel lassen im Sommer nie Langeweile aufkommen. Im Herbst locken Pilze, Esskastanien und Wanderungen, im Winter sind in 30-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mehrere Skigebiete zu erreichen, der Frühling fasziniert durch Blütenpracht und die Reise durch die Jahreszeiten, wenn man von den noch verschneiten Gipfeln hinab ins mediterrane und immergrüne Klima am Lago Maggiore gelangt.

Trotz der Abgeschiedenheit gibt es zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Neben Wanderungen, Klettern, Canyoning, Baden im Wildbach oder in den Bergseen in der Nähe bieten sich Ausflüge zu den heißen Quellen von Premia oder Bognanco, zum Lago Maggiore oder Lago d'Orta, ins Valle Anzasca zum Monte Rosa und vieles mehr an.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Conni (the owner) a message.

If Conni (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
