The property is very spacious and has 30 metres of lovely private balcony with a table for 6 people, ideal for breakfast, lunch or romantic diner .Situated just a 10 minute drive from the resorts of Vera and Mojacar, Valle del Este offers a holiday for everyone, as well as the superb golf, there are water sports, horse riding, quadbiking, and endless other activities all within easy reach or just relaxing on the beautiful blue flag beaches. Moreover, the fantastic beaches and landscapes of the Cabo de Gata are situated just 30 minutes away.
The nearest beach is Vera Beach (5 minutes away) offering miles of unspoilt seaside experience which enjoys year-round sunshine. The old fishing port of Garrucha (with its abundance of seafood restaurants) is a 10-minute drive away, whilst the well-known town of Mojacar and its fabulous beaches (not to be missed by those seeking the nightlife action) are 15 minutes drive away.

The Costa de Almeria region
Although less well-known amongst UK holidaymakers than the Costa del Sol, the Costa de Almeria has its share of attractions, as well as an ideal warm, sunny climate typical of the Mediterranean region of Spain.
Some of the main draws of the region include the harbour and fish restaurants of Garrucha, the pretty whitewashed village of Mojacar, the city of Almeria with its magnificent Alcazaba, and of course the world-famous city of Granada, former capital of the Moors, with its splendid hilltop palace, the Alhambra.
Vera / Valle Del Este Golf Resort area
Vera - The town of Vera has a long history. It was, for a while, the border between Christian and Moorish Spain. The town is packed with traditional shops and restaurants and discovering them down the narrow streets is one of the town's delights. The town has many fiestas, including a February carnival. Vera boasts the second oldest bullring in the Country.
Valle del Este is arguably the finest and most enjoyable golf course in the region. It is based on a desert style with challenging and memorable holes that you will talk about in the 19th hole as a course to remember. Designed by Jose Canales, Valle del Este was opened in 2002. The complex has a comprehensive driving range with mist to keep you cool on those hot sunny days! There is also a short game area and putting green. The pro shop is fully equipped with everything a golfer may require. Further details indoors: The whole complex is very secure . The apartment has split air-conditioning which means you'll stay cool in the summer and snug and warm in the winter (when temperatures rarely drop below double digits in any case!)
The Kitchen is very well equipped so you can fix anything from a simple breakfast to a full blown evening meal, and has the benefit of a dishwasher to help with the clearing up. The property has the benefit of a utility room fitted with both a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The round of golf is challenging and impressive. The tees are small platforms encircled by volcanic rock. The greens are extensive and generous.
