The en suite bathroom comprises bath, shower, basin and toilet and is fully tiled throughout, there is a further shower room which comprises of a shower, basin and toilet and is also tiled throughout.
All windows are double-glazed and have roller blinds to keep warm in winter and cool in summer.
The kitchen, which is fully fitted, with marble work surfaces and includes a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave,, washing machine, toaster, cooker, oven and kettle. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
There is a spacious lounge with large patio doors leading onto a large terrace with views across the surrounding hills. The living area also benefits from a colour TV and DVD player and a dining area.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. The apartment has maid service prior to your arrival.

Included in the apartment for your use are sun loungers. The apartment has use of secure under ground car parking, a west facing patio area, panoramic views. The communal swimming pool and children’s pool is open all year around surrounded by lovely landscaped gardens and parasols for you to enjoy. Guests can also make use of the hotel pools areas.
If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The Costa de Almeria region


The hotel, golf clubhouse and resort shops are a short stroll away along with the commercial centre where you will find a cluster of bars and a restaurant, together with a bank, internet cafe, hairdressers, gift shop, newsagents and supermarket.
The local towns and villages include Mojacar, Vera, Cuevas, Turre, Garrucha and Bedar. These are all typically Spanish in nature but have the convenience of supermarkets, banks, chemists, doctors, a large variety of excellent restaurants and also weekly markets.
South of Mojacar, between Carboneras and Almeria is the Cabo de Gata Natural Park. This is a wild rugged area, ideal for those who like hiking or simply looking at the stunning scenery. Further inland about 2 hours drive is Granada with the well known Alhambra Palace and Genora Life Gardens – a place not to miss.
About a 10 minute drive there is the hillside town of Mojacar Pueblo is very picturesque with whitewashed houses set on top of one another with narrow streets. It has many shops and restaurants and some stunning views and sunsets from the village plaza.
Various activities can be found in the surrounding area including go-karting, horse back riding, mountain biking, climbing, fishing, sailing, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, water sports and a Wild West theme park situated on the location of many Hollywood films. Details of local attractions and a guest suggestions book are provided within the apartment.
The Costa de Almeria has the driest and hottest weather in Continental Europe, averaging 330 days of sunshine and low rainfall. The summer temperatures are in the 80’s and winter weather is very mild due to the local topography of the surrounding hills and mountains. The weather is ideal for golfers all year round, and for those who suffer from arthritis or rheumatism.
The Vera / Valle Del Este Golf Resort area
Vera - The town of Vera has a long history. The town has many fiestas, including a February carnival. Vera boasts the second oldest bullring in the Country.
It was, for a while, the border between Christian and Moorish Spain. The town is packed with traditional shops and restaurants and discovering them down the narrow streeets is one of the town's delights.
Valle del Este is arguably the finest and most enjoyable golf course in the region. It is based on a desert style with challenging and memorable holes that you will talk about in the 19th hole as a course to remember. Designed by Jose Canales, Valle del Este was opened in 2002.
The complex has a comprehensive driving range with mist to keep you cool on those hot sunny days! There is also a short game area and putting green. The pro shop is fully equipped with everything a golfer may require. Other courses nearby include: Marina de la Torre in Mojacar (15 mins), Desert Springs at Cuevas de Almanzora (25 mins), Cortijo Grande at Turre (30 mins) La Envia Golf at Almeria (1 hour), AlBoran Golf Course (40 mins). Located conveniently on junction 529 of E15 the main coastal motorway and this giving easy access from either Almeria airport 45 minutes, Murcia 1.5 hours or Alicante 1.75 hours by car. Car hire is recommended and advice on car hire companies can be provided upon booking. The resort is easy to find along the quiet coastal motorway. Maps and directions will be provided upon booking.
