This beautifully furnished property is on the edge of the resort close to the 11th fairway and green and benefits from a quieter and peaceful setting that makes it an ideal retreat for a relaxing break or a great base for a golfing or spa week. There is a 5 star spa within the resort offering pampering and luxury treatments beyond your wildest dreams
The spacious lounge/dining room has treble doors opening onto the shaded balcony with a beautiful view of the pools, gardens and golf course, with a table and 4 chairs, ideal for dining elfresco. Secure underground parking is available which ensures your car is kept cool with a lockable storage facility for your golf clubs.
Just a 1 minute walk there is a children's pool available and 2 adult size pools, one of which is an "infinity" pool in the grounds of the complex as can be seen from the apartment balcony, so it is ideal for families and is set in fine gardens.

The Costa de Almeria region
The location offers great weather all year round with unrivaled hours of sunshine, and is one of the warmest regions of south eastern Spain.
Spaghetti Westerns - If you enjoyed watching Clint Eastwood in "THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY, FISTFUL OF DOLLARS", and "A FEW DOLLARS MORE", famous for the filming of the "Spaghetti Westerns", you must go and see Europe's only official dessert including the area of Tabernas, where you will find an authentic western cowboy town with appropriate re-enhancements of bank raids and gunfights, can-can shows, also there is very good wildlife park, a great place to go with kids to have a good day out, well worth a visit.
Garrucha - The beaches and harbours of Garrucha are within easy reach and are about ten minutes away with seafront fish restaurants displaying and serving the local catch of the day. Sea fishing from the marina is a favourite pastime of the Spanish people in the area with some great fish being caught all year round. This is a very popular area with miles of sandy beaches stretching along the coastline.
Mojacar - Mojacar is split between the hilltop village Mojacar Pueblo, and the beachfront Mojacar Playa. The Pueblo is perched on a rocky outcrop and can be seen from a long distance as the houses are painted a brilliant white. The village has narrow, windy streets, but is a joy to walk. The Playa winds along the coast for over 5 km with beautiful blue flag beaches and bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Horse riding, quadbiking, and kiteboarding are just some of the many activties you will find here.
Villaricos - Travelling north from Vera brings you to the small port of Villaricos. For those who prefer the quiet coves and beaches of an undeveloped coastline, this is the place for you.
Turre -This small town is off the tourist track and has a refreshing 'Spanishness'. As with most towns there are a collection of good value tapas bars. The local Go-Kart circuit is on the road to Turre and offers very good value compared to UK tracks.
Almeria - Although it is 45 to 50 minutes drive away, Almeria does have some splendid Moorish architecture and an interesting and more modern Cathedral. The dominant feature of the town is the Alcazaba fortress, built in the 10th Century by the Moors. Visiting the Alcazaba is free to EU passport holders between October and March.
Granada - Granada has one of the most dramatic locations in Spain, poised below the backdrop of the snowcapped peaks of the Sierra Nevada. The city's most striking feature is the near-perfect and beautiful Al'hambra Palace. Granada has even more charms other than the Palace and is well worth the trip. A very pleasant and picturesque 2 hour drive away.
South of the resort lies the "Gabo de Gate- Nijar", a beautiful National park with dramatic volcanic scenery and an unspoilt coastline full of hidden coves and beaches.
Vera / Valle Del Este Golf Resort area
Vera - The town of Vera has a long history. It was, for a while, the border between Christian and Moorish Spain. The town is packed with traditional shops and restaurants and discovering them down the narrow streeets is one of the town's delights. The town has many fiestas, including a February carnival. Vera boasts the second oldest bullring in the Country which has been restored to its former glory and plays an active role within the community. Next to the bull ring lies the local football stadium where a good standard of football is played, there is also a new football stadium at Garrucha.
Valle del Este is arguably the finest and most enjoyable golf course in the region,and has been awarded the accolade of the "Best Golf Course in Andalucia" by the Golf magazine Andalucian Golf. 27 Jurists visited various centres to sample the the courses, facilities, tourism offers and general facilities. It is based on a desert style with challenging and memorable holes that you will talk about in the 19th hole as a course to remember. Designed by Jose Canales, utilising the natural contours of the land , Valle del Este was opened in 2002. The complex has a comprehensive driving range with mist to keep you cool on those hot sunny days! There is also a short game area and 2 putting greens. The pro shop is fully equipped with everything a golfer may require and offers friendly advice. As well as the excellent golf facilities, the Valle del Este Golf Resort offers an amazing Spa, games room, Padel Tennis, swimming pool with children play area, and a commercial centre where you will find a cluster of bars and a restaurant, together with a bank, internet cafe, hairdressers, gift shop, newsagents and supermarket.
There is a large Water Park at Puerto Rey where an enjoyable day can be had by all the family, approx 10 minutes drive from the apartment. There is also a very good Go-Kart circuit close by to Garrucha.

Further details indoors: The apartment is very spacious with a large lounge /dining room with seating for 4 people, 2 settees and coffee table, bookcase with a library of books and DVDs, air conditioning to stay cool in the summer and electric oil filled radiators to stay snug and warm in the winter, (when temperatures rarely drop below double digits in any case)!
The property has a large living/dining area with a table and 4 chairs, also a shaded balcony with table and 4 chairs where you can relax and enjoy a nice bottle or two of Spanish wine after a round of golf or a session in the spa. There are two double bedrooms, each furnished with two comfortable single beds, built in double wardrobes, ceiling fans / lights, bedside cabinet and mirror. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite with bath, shower, wc, bidet, and wash basin, and one with a shower cubicle, wc and wash basin.
The Kitchen is very well equipped so you can fix anything from a simple breakfast to a full blown evening meal..
There is 26" TV, cable TV programmes, Video recorder, Mini-Hi Fi and DVD player, there are some DVDs provided but feel free to bring along a few of your own.
The property has the benefit of secure underground car parking which will also keep your car cool and a lockable storage facility for your golf clubs
Further details outdoors: The balcony provides some much needed shade - quite a relief when the sun is at its hottest! and you will eat most of your meals out here, where there is a great view of the gardens and pools. There are 2 pools, one being an infinity pool and also a children's pool only yards away from the apartment, surrounded by palm trees and lawned areas, where you can relax in the shade or top up your tan.
The resort with its impressive Hotel and Spa complex provides all the restaurant, leisure facilities and commercial centre you would expect from a first class resort, such as a spa, gym, games room, internet, cafe, restaurant, padel tennis, which also provides a return courtesy minibus to and from the private beach club at Vera beach.

Booking conditions:- £100 booking deposit to secure and confirm booking.
The balance payment due 8 weeks before arrival plus an additional security deposit of £100 is required, refundable 2 weeks after your departure, and on return of keys, in the unlikely event of any damage or loss.
Rates are per week, but long weekends and short break holidays are available on request.
Cancellation refunds:- up to 8 weeks pror to arrival- no cancellation charge. 4-8 weeks- 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks- 25% rate refund. Less the 2 weeks- no refund.
