Situated between Vera and Garrucha, the beach is only a 5 minute drive, there are 4 golf courses (including the world famous Desert Springs) within a 30 minute drive, local markets for bargain hunting and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The apartment is in a brand new complex with fantastic facilities. There is a balcony leading from the livivng room with stunning sea views, furnished with a table andchairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double, one twin and one sofabed, the apartment is ideal for families with plenty of activities and places of interest to see and do during your stay.

The Costa de Almeria region

The Costa de Almeria is the warmest and sunniest region in the whole of Europe, so it is no wonder you have chosen this area as your holiday destination! With over 320 days of sunshine a year, it is hardly surprising that this region is becoming a very popular place to both live and visit. The Costa de Almeria is conveniently situated on the southeastern Mediterranean Coast and is easily accessible from the airports of Almeria, Alicante & Murcia.

Vera Playa is growing into a very popular holiday destination, with a great deal of new properties being erected to meet the tourist demand. Vera Playa is ideally located close to the Water Park and neighbouring Golf Courses. It also benefits from a beautiful and unspoilt 8km stretch of white sandy beach, as well as offering shops, restaurants and bars. Vera also has a blue-flag beach area reserved purely for nudists.

Whilst Almeria is very popular among tourists, strict local laws have managed to protect it against becoming a high-rise concrete jungle like the surrounding Costas.

Enjoy your holiday and don’t forget to sample the local delicacies of tapas and Sangria whilst you bask yourself in the warmth of the Spanish Sun!

Vera area

There are some wonderful golf courses within 15 minutes drive including Desert Springs, the only desert course in Europe. For skiers, the Sierra Nevada Mountains are approximately 2 hours drive to the west. Close by is Vera Playa, a small town with plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops and lovely beaches. For the children there is the Vera Water Park just 5 minutes from the apartment and Go Karting is about 15 minutes away. Also there are many interesting places to visit in the immediate vicinity, including Mojacar Pueblo, a medieval village in the foothills and the fishing village of Garrucha.

This well equipped property has two bedrooms but can sleep up to 6 with its sofabed in the living room. There are 2 good sized communal pools surrounded by grass lawn, palm trees and flowers, including a small children's pool. Garrucha beach and Vera Playa beach are among the best beaches you will find in the Costa de Almeria and are only about a 5 minute drive away. There are shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, a water park (Parque Acuatico Vera) and Go Karting all within easy reach.
