The Costa de Almeria region
The Costa Almeria on the South East coast of Spain is as varied as any of the Spanish Coasts. The coast is completely unspoilt. To the east of Almeria we find the rugged and desolate coast of the Cabo de Gata - Nijar natural park. It is sparsely populated, few villages and a very low population density. This area is particularly popular with nature lovers and back-packers. The most popular coastal village is San José.
Garrucha is a beautiful and lively fishing town that still retains much of it's original charm. The town is famous for the quality of it's large red prawns, only fished in the local waters. Garrucha has a great selection of excellent seafood restaurants found along the seafront serving the fresh catch of the day. Garrucha is well known for it's magnificent golden sandy beaches, stretching as far as the eye can see.
Mojacar, this beautiful Moorish town has a distinctly fairytale quality with its clusters of ancient whitewashed buildings clinging to the sides of the hilltop. Sandwiched between the mountains of the Sierra Cabrera and the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean, Mojacar is the largest and most popular tourist centre of this southeastern corner of Spain.
Vera area
Vera has a great variety of shops, several large supermarkets and a Saturday street market selling a wide variety of goods. Parque Acuatico is the only Water Park in the area which is open from May to September. There is a selection of water shutes and slides and a children's play area.
How to get there
The apartment is located on the Valle del Este Golf Resort in Vera and is just 1km from junction 529 of the E15. Cheap flights available to Almeria airport (Easyjet.co.uk) from Gatwick, Birmingham, Stanstead, Exeter, Manchester, Glasgow and Belfast airports. Transfer time from Almeria airport to resort 40 minutes. Also flights available to Murcia or Alicante from Stanstead, Gatwick, Luton, Manchester Southampton and Bournemouth Airports (transfer times Murcia 1 hr 10 mins, Alicante 1 hr 30 mins) Car hire available from aurigacrown car hire (cheapest) www.aurigacrown.com, also available from Europcar.

Further details indoors: All appliances are brand new, all rooms are air-conditioned (heating/cooling) The open plan lounge/diner boasts a large screen TV/DVD which is connected to the local communal system and SKY. The SKY package includes Sky Sports 1,2 and 3, Prem plus and Sky movies. Tha master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom, the other bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. There is a utility room with a washing machine. The apartment has an underground parking space beneath the building which is protected by a security system. There is also a storage room attached to the car parking space, ideal for storing items not required on a daily basis. There are lifts from the car park to all floors. There are three pools within the complex. The Valle del Este Hotel offers a gym and Spa facilities, a large outdoor swimming pool, bars and restaurants all within 250 metres of the apartment.
Conditions
Strictly no smoking except on the balcony. 25% (non-refundable) depost required on booking, with the balance due six weeks before your arrival. Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required with balance to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
