The apartment is located on the 4th floor overlooking the pools and children's play area.
On the balcony there is a large outdoor table and four chairs where you can relax in the evenings, absorb the piece and quite and enjoy the superb views.
A parasol and two sun loungers are provided for those who wish to relax by the pool.
An intercom is provided to allow visitors access to the complex without leaving the apartment.

The apartment is within a secured area with remote control and PIN access on the main gate.
The apartment has its own parking space (no 20) at the front door.
There is lift access for those with difficulty climbing the stairs or carrying heavy suitcases.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking.
A refundable breakages deposit of €100 (£100) required on booking, to be refunded within two weeks of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
The balance is due four weeks prior to arrival. These arrangements are flexible for late or last minute bookings.
Discounts available for long term bookings.
All payments can be made by cheque or bankers draft (details will be provided on booking).
A meet and greet will be provided to handover keys and provide instructions regarding the apartment facilitites.
Airport transfers are available at a reasonable price.
The swimming pool is available from April to September.

The Costa de Almeria region
The unspoilt Costa de Almeria is conveniently situated on the south-eastern Mediterranean Coast and is easily accessible from the airports of Almeria, Alicante & Murcia. It is one of the warmest and sunniest regions in the whole of Europe, with over 320 days of sunshine a year, it is hardly surprising that this region is becoming a very popular place to both live and visit.
Further afield (30km) is the national park of Cabo De Gata. Cabo de Gata-Níjar is Andalucia's largest coastal protected area, a wild and isolated landscape with some of Europe's most original geological features. The eponymous mountain range is Spain's largest volcanic rock formation with sharp peaks and crags in ochre-hues. It falls steeply to the sea creating jagged 100m-high cliffs, which are riven by gullies leading to hidden coves with white sandy beaches, some of the most beautiful in Andalucia. Offshore are numerous tiny rocky islands and, underwater, extensive coral reefs teeming with marine life.
The Vera Playa / Al Andalus Veranda Aqua area
Alandalus Veranda Aqua is located in Vera Playa, just a few minutes from Vera town which is one of the best tourist distination in the Costa de Almaria with a quaint and traditional feel to it with cobbled streets and authentic markets. Vera Playa has a wide range of amenities and entertainment within easy reach. The Water Park is located only a few minutes walk from the apartment, and there is a large supermarket and a shopping centre with bars, restaurants, shops and banks all within a short walking distance.
Away from the immediate area, are the local resorts of Garrucha and Mojacar Playa. These coastal resorts are 5-10 minutes away, with fabulous sandy beaches lapped by the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. These offer furher excellent opportunities for sunbathing, water sports, shops, and an abundance of bars and restaurants specializing in freshly caught seafood, A must to see is the tranditional spanish village of Mojacar Pueblo, situated on the outskirts of Mojacar Playa, a pretty Spanish town set in the hillside overlooking the coast and beautiful mountain ranges.
For the golf and sports enthusiasts there is a sports facility with driving range, tennis, pitch and putt and gym facilities 1-2km from the resort. There are 4 Golf courses within 10 minutes drive of the complex to suit all levels of player. The nearest are Valle de Este and Desert Springs golf courses, both about 5 minutes drive away, both of these have excellent Spa facilities, for the golfing widows among you.

Local airports include Almeria (45 mins), Murcier (1 hour) and Alicante (2 hours). All the budget airlines fly into one or all of these airports including Easyjet, Ryanair, Jet2, Thomsonfly, Bmibaby, flybe, Monarch, Excel and Freedom.
here are several car hire companies available which we have used ourselves such as Aurigacrown and Centauro Spain, to name but a few, and all have excellent value for money.
To find the apartment is very straight forward from any of the airports as it is directly off the main motorway (A7/E15) that runs along the meditarrean coastline from Gibraltar to Costa Brava. More detailed directions will be provided on booking.

I must say that I really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful very clean, in fact spotless apartment. The location is great to travel to the nearby towns of Garrucha and Mojacar. The grounds of the complex itself are very well looked after. The owners are very friendly people. We cannot wait to stay there again. We have already recommended this apartment to friends.
