The Apartment has its own private sun terrace/balcony with outstanding sea views. The complex has 2 outdoor swimming pools and 1 indoor pool with gym, sauna & steam room which are available to use for al our guests.

The Costa de Almeria region
The Costa de Almeria is known as the hottest and dryest in Spain and brings many tourists ranging from many different countries. During the year, Almeria provides around 300 days or sunshine. The climate is usually very stable throughout the year as temperatures reach into the 40 degrees in the summer and fail to fall below 10 degrees in the winter.
History is a big subject around the area: building ruins to bullrings are located in Vera. Almeria City also has great history as art, shops, restaurants, museums take up much of tourists' time. A beautiful town will bring a beautiful break.
In winter, the ski slopes are only 1 hour 15 away.
Vera Playa / Al Andalus Thalassa area
Vera is the new and up and coming area in the South of Spain and is popular for the beautiful sunshine in the summer. Just a short 10 minutes drive from the apartment will take you to beautiful shops, restaurants and a weekly Saturday Spanish market.
The apartment is just 5 minutes drive to a beach located at Villaricos. A new Aqua Park and 3 great golf courses are also located nearby. It is also just a couple of miles radius to a Go Karting complex and which is open all year round.
Also located 15 minutes away is the famous Desert Spring Golf Course. Local beaches in the famous Mojacar Playa. The beach provides water sports such as jet skiing and scuba diving. Minutes away, you will be able to experience the real Spanish culture in the white hill top towns.
How to get there
Within 3 hours you can reach paradise by flying into Almeria International Airport. and murcia Airport.
Airlines such as EasyJet, RyanAir, Monarch and Jet 2 fly from all over the UK (Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds Bardford).
Cheap car hire is available at the airport for a suitable price for everybody at just £15 a day. Car hire companies such as Goldcar, Carjet, Euro-car, Easy car hire.
