This top floor apartment is situated right across the road from the wide sandy beaches of Vera Playa, which you can see whilst sitting relaxing on the apartment terrace.

It is tastefully furnished with above average quality furnishings, has individual hot and cold air conditioning units installed in each of the three bedrooms and the lounge/dining room, and has a well-equipped kitchen which includes dishwasher.

The lounge is furnished with a glass and chrome dining table, leather dining chairs, one leather sofa plus a cushioned cane sofa, occasional table and TV with satellite. It has patio doors out to the terrace where you can dine, sunbathe or just sit and enjoy the view.

There are two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has an en-suite with a large walk-in shower; the other has direct access to the terrace. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space provided by fitted wardrobes, bedside table with table lamps, and individually controlled air conditioning units.

The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom also has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, plus has access to the terrace. There is a third bedroom which has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes.

The lounge/dining room is furnished with a leather sofa, modern glass dining table and 6 chairs, and equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player.

Included in the kitchen equipment is a dish washer, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. A patio leads from the kitchen.

The private terrace is south facing with sea view and day long sunshine.

The complex consists of low rise buildings with the large central area comprising gardens, swimming pool and patio with seating areas.
