Conditions
£100:00 deposit required 8 weeks before rental date (min). Balance to be paid (cleared funds) 4 weeks before beginning of rental period.
Deposit refunded on return of the keys and subject to inspection of apartment.
Breakages will be charged accordingly.
The Costa de Almeria region
This stretch of the Costa Almeria offers wide, beautiful sandy beaches which are easily accessible, with ample space for everyone (including an area for naturists). Located near the large Parque Natural Capo de Gata/Nijar an area of outstanding natural beauty for walking. For those with a taste for adventure, there is the opportunity to explore the caves at Sorbas. The town of Nijar is well known for its local crafts - pottery and rugs.
Closer to home is the beautiful Moorish hilltop village of Mojacar, and the fishing town of Garrucha, well known for it`s fresh seafood restaurants.
The climate boasts roughly 300 days of sunshine per year due to its unique micro climate, lending itself to the outdoor lifestyle, with plenty around to please most of the family.
The Vera Playa / Al Andalus Resort area
The Vera region has 3 stunning golf courses including Valle de Este, Desert Springs & Marina golf. Also located nearby is a lovely local leisure centre including Tennis, Golf driving range, and well equipped gynasium. If water sports are more your style then you can try many of the beach activities that include water skiing, scuba diving & windsurfing. There is also an Aqua park nearby which offers good fun for all the family.(Seasonal opening)
Local places of interest to visit include the famous Mini Hollywood made famous by the spagetti westerns, along with Go-Karting in Garrucha, and Mojacar beach itself with lots of good local restaurants catering for most tastes.

Budget flights can be obtained through a regular service from Easyjet from Gatwick to Almeria, or Ryanair Stansted to Almeria. Other flights are available to Murcia which is about a 50 minute drive away via the recently opened toll road. Alicante airport is a 1 hour 45 minutes drive away, but is quite straight forward as it is all motorway.
