T The complex is less than 5 minutes by car from the fantastic 7 mile beach of Vera Playa and a fabulous Water Park. Located within 10 to 15 minutes drive are at least 4 golf courses. Close by again within 5-10 minutes is a lovely Spanish resort of Garrucha where you will find a fabulous go kart course where you can work up an appetite for all those lovely seafood restaurants.

The Costa de Almeria region
Almeria, Andalucias eastern most province, is sunny, dry and the surrounding coastlines holds the Cabo de Gata Natural Park. Mojacar and the surrounding area is Almeria´s fastest growing resort.

Vera Playa / Al Andalus Residencial area
Vera is the nearest town only 2 minutes drive away. Vera is a large, traditional Spanish town - look out for the market on Saturday mornings, great for bargains!
Again 2 minutes drive away for all you water lovers is a magnificent waterpark where you can spend many fun filled days.
Close by is the historic Moorish town of Mojacar which is only a 10 minute drive away. Just before you reach Mojacar is the fishing town of Garrucha, where there are more great seafood restaurants than you can shake a stick at! Also for the more energetic there is a fabulous Go Kart circuit

Further details indoors: Adjacent to the complex is a superb supermarket for all your needs. 2 minutes drive away is another supermarket with a number of boutiques, bars and an internet cafe. 5 minutes away is the water park where you can spend a day of fun or if you're brave enough you can visit the Europes number 1 Naturist beach. There are also a number of banks within 5 minutes drive and a selection of restaurants, ranging from Chinese, Italian, Indian and not forgetting bars with tapas.or if you prefer not to venture out then you can dine al fresco on the private terrace
Further details outdoors: Outside on the private terrace there is a patio table with 4 chairs,, and there are 4 sunlounges for relaxing around the large outside pool which is fenced in and open May to September. The indoor pool is open September to March. The indoor pool is also heated and has a jaccusi section, all pools are shared. For the more energetic there is a paddle tennis court.
