A luxurious and beautifully furnished 2 bedroomed ground floor apartment situated on the brand new development of Al Andalus Hills. The complex has been built in the Valle Del Sol ( Valley Of The Sun) just outside Vera, only a couple minutes drive to the Blue Flag fine sandy beaches and crystal clear sea of Garrucha and Mojacar. The apartment and development have been built in truly stunning Andalucian style set in a gated complex with private secure gardens.
Every effort has been made to make this complex stand out from all the rest and it does not disappoint! Residents will enjoy extensive gardens and an open air pool from May - October or the heated indoor pool from October - April. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen and lounge/diner. Outside there is a private porch plus a small private garden. The apartment has an allocated covered parking space in a set-aside parking area.

The ground floor apartment has been very tastefully furnished and comprise of 2 double bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other a double bed. Two luxury bathrooms with showers over the baths and bidets.
The living / dining rooms are all furnished with modern dark pine furniture including table and chairs to seat four people. Double French doors lead from the lounge on to a private patio and garden area. This gives the lounge an attractive outlook and makes the living area bright and airy. TV with DVD player is provided.
The spacious kitchen is fully fitted and come with a fridge freezer, kettle, oven & hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, iron etc.

The apartment has a private patio and garden area.
The complex itself is very pretty and spacious with beautiful walkways. There is a large communal pool and separate children's pool set in the middle of the complex surrounded by a large lawned area with parasols.
There is also a further heated indoor pool, making this location ideal for those wanting a winter escape.
There is a children's play area that should keep them quiet for a while!
Each apartment has an allocated parking space in set-aside parking areas.
To secure the booking a non refundable deposit of £100 is required, with balance to be paid not less than 6 weeks from date of travel. A fully refundable breakage deposit is required of £100, payable with final payment. If booked within the 8 weeks of arrival full payment is required.
The rental costs shown above for the apartment are per week irrespective of occupancy (maximum 4) and exclude a €60
payment direct to our key holder for preparation and cleaning after your stay.
Included in our rates are the provision of bed linen and bath and hand towels (please supply your own beach towels), all electricity and water charges including air conditioning/heating. For stays longer than 8 days a mid-term linen and towel change can be arranged at extra cost. Welcome packs are available by prior arrangement.

The Andalucia region
Costa Almeria is in Andalucia, one of the most charming and un-spoilt areas in south-eastern Spain. Enjoying the sunniest and warmest climate in the whole of Europe with over 320 days of sunshine per year, it is known as “El Rincon del Embrujo” or the corner of enchantment. There are miles of golden beaches along the coastline with scenic mountains inland.
Cabo de Gata is a large area of national park made up of coastal dunes, saline lagoons and hills of volcanic origin. Many interesting plants and animals are found here including flamingoes.
Further a field (2hrs drive) is the beautiful city of Granada with its ancient Moorish Palace, the Alhambra.
The beaches of Mojacar Playa are 17kms long, with a large part being designated an area of natural beauty. Only 8kms has been developed and they consistently earn European Blue Flag.
Vera is a delightful town, which is home to a beautiful old town square, gardens and a bullring. It is a vibrant town with plenty of shops, boutiques, fantastic restaurants and a street market on Saturdays. Very Spanish!
The seaside resort of Vera Playa covers the beach area between Puerto Rey and Villaricos. The resort has earned the prestigious blue flag for its 8 km of white sandy beaches: Las Marinas, Puerto Laguna, Pueblo Laguna, Puerto Rey and El Playazo, the later reserved for nudists. Vera Playa is now becoming an increasingly popular all year round resort both to live and to take a holiday.
Vera Playa also offers the only Water Park in the area, Parqu Acuatico. Here you can take a thrilling ride on many of the flumes or sit and relax by one of three swimming pools. There are excellent shoots and slides and a children’s section with a play area with their own water slides, open from May until the end of September.
Garrucha is a beautiful and lively fishing town that still retains much of its original charm. It is famous for its “Garrucha prawns” – only fished in the local waters. Garrucha has a magnificent beach and promenade with an excellent selection of restaurants and bars with many superb seafood restaurants found along the seafront serving fresh catch of the day. Garrucha has a weekly market on Fridays.
Aguilas with its rich micro climate has an average temperature annual temperature of 23 degrees centigrade. A wide variety of outdoor activities are available from rock-climbing or trekking through beautiful countryside to scuba diving in the warm waters of the Mediterranean. The town is noted for its underwater landscapes, attracting divers from across the world.
Mojacar Pueblo, the ancient Moorish village is located on the top of a mountain looking out to sea from 172 metre high vantage point. In its narrow white streets pretty cube-like whitewashed houses are perfumed by the abundant flowers which decorate the house-fronts. In June, Mojacar Pueblo boasts the fantastic Moors and Christians festival with mock battles, fireworks, music and giant paellas, with a street market on Wednesdays.
Mojacar Playa is approximately 10 kilometres from the apartment. Here you will find an array of restaurants, bars, shops, banks, nightclubs, most of which are opened all year round. Mojacar Playa also has an excellent sandy beach and long promenade.
Almeria city is a lively, modern and very Spanish commercial centre with a ferry terminal, sports marina and working fishing port. There’s a wealth of historic sites, museums, art galleries, good restaurants and traditional tapas bars.
The Sierra Nevada Mountains, offering excellent hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter, can be reached in 2 hours. Granada is another place of considerable interest that can also be reached in 2 hours.
The apartment is ideally situated near three top class 18 hole golf courses and a 9 hole course, all of which can be easily reached within 15 minutes drive, namely Desert Springs, Marina Golf, Valle del Este and Cortijo Grande.
Within 10 minutes drive there is a Go-Karting track that is open all year round, where a great time can be had by all the family.
Mini-Hollywood is a mock-up of an American Wild West village set in the Tabernas Dersert. This set was built for Sergio Leone's A Fistful of Dollars and also used for The Good, the Bad and the Ugly and the Magnificent Seven among around 100 other films. It is a great day out for the whole family with entertainment including mock cowboy shoot-outs, performing parrots and a zoo.

"Excellent accomodation in a lovely part of Spain."
A very comfortable and clean apartment, larger than we expected. We found everything to be exactly as described by the owner. Booking arrangements were straightforward and the directions given were accurate and easy to follow.
We would highly recommend this property for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, and hope to stay again very soon.
