VERA PLAYA WATER PARK IS LESS THAN 5 MINUTES AWAY IN A CAR

The apartment is situated in a quiet resort with a 7 minute walk to 7km of sandy beaches and the promenade to Garrucha.
There are a selection of local shops and restaurants nearby, and it is only a 10 minute drive to the popular town of Mojacar.
A home from home, situated on an excellent complex with a good standard of accommodation.

Situated on the first floor, there is a terrace outside the lounge. There are steps from this terrace leading up to a very large roof terrace which gets the sun all day . On the roof terrace there are 4 sunbeds, table and 4 chairs.

The appartment is fitted with all mod cons, - Cool / warm air-con and radiators in the bedrooms. English Sat TV and DVD. Mosquito blinds in Bedrooms and Lobby.

This gated complex of 100 apartments is beautifully green and comes alive with a multitude of flowers between Spring and Autumn. This safe gated complex boasts 2 adult and 2 children pools, It has a cafe bar and a shop (peak season). There is a reception, and being staffed there is always someone around the complex if required, you will find the staff friendly and helpful. There is parking directly outside the complex or secure parking available within the gated complex for 3 Euros per day. Torrelaguna is Ideal for couples and families with children.
Access to Vera beach indoor pool, tennis courts and gym for small fee. Golf nearby.

There is a shower over the bath. Baby equipment can be hired at additional cost.
There is a safe in the main bedroom.
There is NO SMOKING inside the apartment, but you can smoke on the Terraces.
All prices include linen and towels and cleaning (except beach towels - please bring your own)
Constant hot water available by new combi gas bottle boiler.

There is a private terrace off the lounge with a table and 4 chairs plus cushions.
Why not dine outside on the large private roof solarium with mountain views, which also has a table and 4 chairs and 4 sun-loungers and Parasol.
Parking within the gated complex is available for a small fee.

Conditions

Prices may be changed at owner's discretion and owners have the right to cancel any booking at their discretion and any monies paid will be refunded in full.
A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking. (non returnable on cancellation)
Full payment must be received 8 weeks before departure.
A security deposit of £100 will be required and will be returned upon receipt of the apartment keys and confirmation that no damage has occurred.
No bookings can be accepted by groups of the same sex under the age of 25. Bookings now accepted from mainland Europe residents and payment can be made in €.

The Costa de Almeria region

Situated in the South Eastern corner of Andalucia, the region retains its natural undeveloped charm.
Andalucia has an excellent climate for holiday makers who like guaranteed sunshine all year round. It is ideal for spring and autumn visits and has regular temperatures of 30 degrees midday.
Boasting the hottest and driest climate in all of Spain, it has mountain views in abundance which is a beautiful backdrop whilst driving along the coast roads into Murcia province.
A visit to the Cabo de Gata National Park region is highly recommended with its picturesque beaches and crystal clear waters.
There are also film sets you can visit in the Tabernas Desert which were the setting for the spaghetti westerns.

The Vera Playa / Garrucha Mojacar area

There are many fantastic beaches throughout the area.
There is a large Nudist Beach which is situated near Villaricos about 7 Km away.
It is a 5 minute drive to Vera playa water Park and local Golf courses.
There are local Markets, at Mojacar Pueblo on a wednesday, and Garrucha on a friday, well worth a visit and a great place to buy the local produce.
The fishing village of Garrucha is famous for its fish restaurants which boast a great variety of fish dishes on their menus, the daily catch is displayed at 5pm.
The lively town of Mojacar has an idyllic mix of sugar cubed white washed buildings and winding streets with Moorish architecture. The main square is filled with restaurants, bars boutiques and shops overlooking the snow-capped peaks of the sierra-nevada mountains.

Vera Playa is approx 50 mins drive up the coast from Almeria Airport or 2 hours down the coast from Alicante and 1 hour 10 minutes from Murcia Airport, using new toll motorway., which costs about €11.50 (£8.00).
Cheap flights from UK - using Easyjet, Monarch, BA, Ryan Air etc.

Vera Playa adjoins Garrucha and is a 10 minute drive down the coast to Mojacar.
A shuttle bus can be booked which runs from Almeria Airport to near the complex.
A car is not essential but we recommend renting a car to see the beautiful Almeria area.
Local buses can be taken to Vera, Garrucha and Mojacar, with the bus stop very close to the complex.
