Outside, at the front of the house, there is a southern-facing garden, drive with secure off-road parking and patio area. While at the rear is an enclosed courtyard.

Primrose Bank is the perfect place to relax and unwind, leaving all the hussle and bussle of Mainland living behind you. Yet at the same time there is ample for the more active – The Island is well known for its plentiful off-road walking and cycling routes, plus its water sports.

Only a few minutes walk from Ventnor Town and beach, you can wander into town to enjoy its unique atmosphere, or dine at one of its bistros and restaurants.

Ventor beach itself enjoys Blue Flag status and is ideal for swimming or simply soaking up the sun. You'll find a varied selection of pubs, bars and cafes along the esplanade too.

So if you fancy a break from the beach, you can enjoy a glass of something cool and a bite to eat.

Ventnor

Ventnor is a picturesque Victorian seaside town situated on the southern side of the Isle of Wight, right in the heart of the famed Undercliff. A majority of the locality is designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty – and rightly so, the local scenery is simply breathtaking.

Sheltered from the north by the National Trust owned St. Boniface Downs, Ventnor benefits from its own micro climate. This climate provides an ideal haven for a variety of flora and fauna, many species of which are only found in Mediterranean countries – you can see a rich and beautiful selection at Ventnor Botanical Gardens, and in many of the town's residents' gardens for that matter.

Ventnor town's crest bears the figure of Hygeia, the goddess of health, who serves to remind us that, since Victorian times, many visitors have benefited from the revitalizing and restorative properties that the town's micro climate offers.
