Parkside is a spacious house which is located in the countryside next to Rookley Country Park. Guests will have the use of the on-site facilities in the park including a lakeside restaurant and coarse fishery. The property is also located just a ten minute drive from the beaches at the popular seaside resort of Shanklin.

Internally, the property is finished to a high standard throughout and includes solid oak furnishings. Externally, the property features a spacious enclosed garden which overlooks the fishing lake plus a large private enclosed driveway with parking for up to five cars.

Rookley Village is surrounded by farmland and open countryside some of which is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village is perfectly situated for countryside walks and is home to a traditional, family-friendly English pub which combines charming and modern facilities.
