This property is a perfect base for any holiday, whether coming to relax or see the many sites this lovely island has to offer. The property has its own driveway leading to a private decked patio area, this leads to the entrance hallway, off this there is the kitchen diner and lounge with a double bed settee, freesat t.v. with built-in dvd playerand uninterupted sea views from front and side windows. The bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and w/c. The bedroom has a king size bed with memory foam mattress, double wardrobe for plenty of storage and wall hung t.v. with freesat and built-in DVD player there is also a door that leads straight out onto the decked patio area.

This holiday let is one of two situated side by side but still allowing full privacy to both holidaying parties, and can be booked via the same booking link.

Although dogs are permitted this is restricted to one small dog and must not be left in the accommodation alone at anytime during your stay. For those wishing to bring their dog we require a security bond of £100 which is fully refundable once the accommodation has been checked and passed after departure

The Isle of Wight region

The island generally has a very good climate which enables tropical plants to grow, most of these can be seen when visiting the Botanic Gardens. The island is a perfect holiday destination for all ages, there are excellent walks with plenty of bars and cafes enroute, there are also many watersport opportunities on offer to suit all individuals, or just sit back an relax the choice is yours. Queen Victoria's house is a 30 minute drive away, or more locally Appuldurcombe House giving ghost walks and next door the falconary centre all easily accessible by car or public transport.


Ventnor is situated on the most southern part of the island, it has a lovely beach and esplanade with bars, cafes and shops all just a stones throw away.
