There are many beautiful countryside walks nearby and the Botanic Gardens are only two minutes walk away, whilst the adult visitors can enjoy the many rare plants that are grown there, children can play in the Botanic Gardens’ playground. The town of Ventnor is only a fifteen minute stroll away. The front and rear garden are both part of the owner’s main property, which is located next door to ‘Petit Tor’, and they are happy for visitors to enjoy them. However parts of the garden are natural rock and are quite steep, therefore all children are to be supervised whilst in the garden and it is used at the visitors own risk

There is gas central heating and radiators in all rooms. All electricity, gas and hot water are provided at no extra charge.
There are duvets on all the beds and linen is included in the price, however, visitors will need to bring towels and tea towels.
The owners have requested that visitors do not smoke in the property and that pets are not permitted.

The Ventnor area
Ventnor is famous for its warm microclimate. The part sand, part shingle beach is great for sunbathing and swimming. Pubs, cafes and restaurants are dotted along the seafront as is the unique Isle of Wight shaped paddling pool. The Cascade leads up to the town, which is built on a series of zigzag terraces and steeped in history. There are friendly souvenir shops as well as delicatessens and convenience stores. Enjoy some peace and quiet in the tranquil Botanic Gardens, a 22-acre sub-tropical paradise. Heading west is one of the Island's hidden gems, Steephill Cove. All around Ventnor you'll find beautiful walks with dramatic viewpoints.
