The North East Italy / Veneto region
The cities of Veneto are jewel cases that preserve precious historical and artistic relics. Our region is a rich land, which is embellished with the enduring stamp of the Serenissima Republic.
From Venice you can easly reach:
Vicenza It has been included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites since 1994. The splendour of Vicenza lies in the theatricality of its works by its celebrated adopted son, Andrea Palladio. The sensual colours of the Berici Hills act as the backdrop
Verona Its symbolic monument is the Arena, the amphitheatre with almost 2000 years of history. While the palaces and courtyards are connected to the mythical Romeo and Juliet, Verona continues to enchant the whole world.
Padua An elegant city with a discreet charm. One of the most significant attractions is the Basilica of St. Anthony, but Padua's artistic and cultural heritage can be discovered in every corner of the historical centre.
Treviso Behind the heavy gates of villas and palaces, under the porticos and in the gardens, here there is a sense of distinction and refinement of Treviso. While a warm light brushes the small cobbled squares, the silent alleyways, and the façades of the frescoed houses
Riviera del Brenta Famous for the magnificent villas built along the River Brenta but also rich in museums and historical buildings of great artistic and cultural importance.

Venice / Central Venice area
Less than two minutes away from the flat is the lively Via Garibaldi with its typical market, shops, small restaurants where you can enjoy traditional dishes with pleasant background music and lively bars to drink a "spritz", the typical Venetian aperitif, accompanied by "cicheti" ("nibbles").
Thanks to its position, the "Giardini" flat is perfect for admiring not just the great masterpieces of architecture and art which have made Venice famous throughout the world, but also for discovering the hidden and characteristic corners which help make the city uniquely fascinating and unforgettable.
