The property was built in a neo-gothic style by the German architect Ernst Wullekopf, and is one of the most famous industrial architectures in the city. It was built between the 19th and 20th centuries.

This new and luxurious apartment is about 70 sqm, and is on the first floor. It can comfortably entertain 4 people. There is a large lounge with dining area ideal for entertaining guests with a meal before retiring to the 'L-Shaped' sofa that opens up into a sofa bed.

The North East Italy / Veneto region

Let's not forget that Verona is also the home of Romeo and Juliet and the balcony where the famous scene allegedly took place, can be visited by tourists by entering through a covered gateway into a courtyard very close to the centre of the old town. Padua in contrast is an old university town with a famous academic history. The city is rich in history and has many attractions. Vincenza is the great Palladian city and also a very wealthy city. It is celebrated all over the world for its splendid and varied architecture. There are also elegant shops, boutiques and cafes to visit.
