The North East Italy / Veneto region
The flat is on the first floor (English) – second floor (American) of an old but well-preserved building of the most characteristic typical Venice.
It is situated between the old School of S. Rocco (Tintoretto paintings) and Campo S. Margherita (a lively place full of shops, bars, restaurants) just near the the Church of Frari (famous for its artistic richness).
The Zone is called Dorsoduro and it’s very appreciated by tourists because it’s near the best places of Venice as well as for its shops, bars, pastries. Just outside the flat you are immediately immersed in Venice beauty, peacefulness and history.
Venice / San Polo, Venice area
The flat is only 3minutes on foot far from Canal Grande (Vaporetto Stop at S. Tomà where you can also cross the Canal by Gondola for only 50 cents per person) – 10 minutes from the railway station – 5 minutes from Piazzale Roma (car parking). In 10 minutes you can reach Ponte di Rialto or the Academy of Fine Arts where you’ll meet artists and painters walking around painting wonderful corners of Venice.
How to get there
