Either for a romantic stay or spending the holidays with friends Ca' Delizia can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 7 people. Comprised of a venetian styled illuminated double room, the second room with two single beds, a spacious room made up of dining area and living room with bed sofa for two people. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishwasher, oven, microwave and breakfast area. The bathroom is equipped with bath shower, hairdryer and laundry area with washing machine. The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning and to top it all off a small mansard with a view of Venice’s roof tops with a single bed for the 7th person.

Ca’ delizia” this warm and inviting spacious apartment in the San Aponal area in the centre of Venice a few minutes from the San Ailvestro stop. The san polo sestiere situated on the second floor of a historical building not too far from the Rialto bridge, San Marco square, well known restaurants and boutiques. The apartment is located close to supermarkets and shops that sell typical venetian products.

The district of San Polo owes its name to the church dedicated to St. Paul the Apostle, which stands in the square of the same name. This district, adjacent to that of Santa Croce, was once known as Luprio. Today, San Polo is famous for Ca' Foscari, which houses the University of Venice. Booking a hotel in San Polo means being within walking distance of Rialto, the Church of St. James, the Basilica of Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari and the Church of St. Rocco. As well, the traditional fish market of San Polo is worth a visit.

How to get there

Either from the car terminal of Piazzale Roma and from the railway station you can easily reach us walking (about 10 minutes) or you can catch the boat line number 1 or 82 direction San Marco and get off at the boat stop of San Silvestro, where we will be pleased to come and pick you up and show you the way to the flat.

-TO BOOKING APT YOU COULD PAY ACCOUNT OF 25%: Confirmation of your reservation will come by mail and will include all the
directions needed to reach your flat. Here you will be welcomed by either
the owner or flat agent.
This reception service is included in the room rate until 8 pm, from 8 pm to
midnight a Euro 20,00 surcharge will apply.
There is no such service after midnight, unless otherwise agreed to with the
owner or flat agent at an additional charge of Euro 50,00.
On retrieving the key the guest needs to leave to the owner or agent a
safety deposit in cash as stated in the reservation
confirmation or your credit card number as guarantee.
This will be returned to the guest at departure, less any damages that may
have been caused to the lodgings and less any surcharges that were not
included in the rental price.
