This villa apartment is located just two minutes’ walk from one of Venice' s most appealing squares. Quiet and peaceful, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for great fresh products and many excellent Osterias for eating out.
The villa benefits from its own private garden and tennis court, with a shallow end perfect for the children. The accommodation has elegant furnishings that compliment the faux marble walls, wood beamed ceilings and finely finished floors in keeping with the style of old Venetiam palaces.

Fly to Venice or to Treviso - our home is just 15 km from the airport.
Cheap flights available from www.ryanair.com to Treviso airport.
Car hire available from www.europecar.com.
Local buses run regularly between the airport and the town.
There are always local taxis available - fare should be no more than 30 euros.

On the ground floor the kitchen/diner with cooking hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A spacious, light sitting room with view of the canal. One twin/double-bedded room having en suite full bathroom with tub. On the first floor is a twin-bedded room with full shower room. An open-plan balcony overhanging the sitting room has a double sofa bed. A laundry room with wasghing machine. Both bathrooms have hair dryers.
The apartment is ideal for families and party of friends , with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
