Renato and Giovanna Apartments
The apartments are located on the first and second floor of a charming little "palazzetto" (little palazzo). It is independent and in a delightful corner of peace and tranquillity very near the elegant heart of Venice: Via XXII Marzo, a street that hosts many of the most exclusive and well known shops in the world (Bulgari, Fendi, Gucci, Ferragamo, etc.) as well as elegant hotels such as The Gritti Palace, The Bauer and the Westin Europa and Regina; and is only 200 meters from Piazza San Marco. A complete restoration of the palazzo was completed in November 2006. This included up to date furnishings, complete painting of the interior as well as the stairs and roof repair. The Apartments are exactly similar, they are very light and airy at all hours of the day. On one side it faces a garden of a well known Venetian hotel, and on the other, a courtyard which is shaded during the warm season by an age old pleasant smelling Wisteria.

Venice, city of canals, gondolas, romance, stylish plazas, strong coffees and fine art. Visit St Marks Square, the Accademia Bridge and a myriad of other cultural delights. Temperatures are hot in the summer, but remain mild in Spring and Autumn so the city is tempting all year round. Winter can be unexpectedly cold, but usually offers beautiful bright days for comfortable walking and cultural visits.

How to get there
Aeroporto Marco Polo By taxi directly in front of our restaurant “Da Raffaele” (40 minutes). By water bus (about 1 hour) which leaves you at S. Marco square stop, you can walk from there to the hotel in less than 5 minutes. From the train Station S. Lucia By taxi directly in front of our restaurant “Da Raffaele” (20 minutes). By vaporetto line 1 to S. Maria del Giglio stop (about 50 minutes, there is no porter service), you can walk to the hotel in 2 minutes. From the car park at P.le Roma or Tronchetto From P.le Roma by vaporetto line 1 to S. Maria del Giglio stop (about 50 minutes, there is no porter service), you can walk to the hotel in 2 minutes. From Tronchetto by vaporetto line 82 to S. Marco boat stop and then you can walk from there to the hotel in less than 5 minutes.

Further details indoors: The few stairs leading to the apartment are marble and steel. The door is reinforced, guaranteeing the complete security of our guests. The welcoming living room has lots of windows, a divan and lcd TV separate from the kitchen which has a table and comfortable chairs that can accommodate 6 people. It is perfectly equipped including a dishwasher. There are 3 bedrooms: one with a "matrimonial" bed (large double bed); one with twin beds, and the third with a single bed. There are ample closets and even a safe. The bathroom is complete with shower and washing machine. The attention dedicated to the smallest details of the apartment is equal to that of the restoration of the building itself. The furniture was well chosen as was everything else to make a stay here both pleasing and unforgettable. (The linens for the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen, the phone, iron and ironing board, cleaning supplies and portable telephone with a rechargeable phone card, available to our guests.) The heating and air conditioning are independent and can be controlled by the guests themselves.
Further details
An important little booklet with "instructions for use" for both the house and the city is available to our guests even though the reception and assistance during their stay is guaranteed by the always willing experience of the personnel of the Hotel do Pozzi, owned by the same Salmaso family; as with the restaurant "Da Raffaele" and the "American Bar Tarnowska", in which our guests can take advantage of a 10% discount. In addition, for clients who ask in advance, extra services (such as daily maid service) can be provided.
